    Excellent service from front desk staff. Facility was very clean and evidently, fairly recently completely renovated. Ample parking for buses and large trucks.     Stayed here on the way to the Granby Zoo. Nicely updated hotel with spacious and modern rooms. Bathroom is modern, with a smallish vanity, and a massive shower. The breakfast service was great. Food was delicious with generous portions. Service from staff was terrific throughout the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.     Cold shower, nice bed

    We were on a road trip through the area and stopped in for a night. The beds were comfortable and it is a good location with a few restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately the shower water was only warm, not hot. When service came to check we were informed it was a safety setting to avoid burns. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels, this is a first. It was completely unacceptable.     Adequate for one night but won't return bc of shower

    stayed for a shorter drive to airport in the very early AM (2am) - perfectly adequate. Daytime desk clerk helpful. Room and bathroom clean but the shower is terrible, cool to scalding and back. Poor room lighting, Immigration security guards in the hotel kinda unfriendly. Lots of food and shopping options nearby. We got dinner from Greek place across street.

    Rooms are in Need to be upgraded But It’s clean and quietBeds are comfortable Wi-if is great Parking is spacious Restaurant on site is wonderful Breakfast is excellent Staff is great Hôtel is walking distance to many restaurants and the canal and bike path. FYI : Immigration Canada is on site, So that was a surprise seeing security at the front door in the lobby and on floor 3-4-5 with immigrants staying there.
