  Bad first impression, but good room.

  On first impressions I did not like the hotel. It looks like a standard hotel from outside, but once we entered and were given our room key, the whole way up to the room the hallways were extremely dirty, like I mean very dirty! You could literally see pieces of paper and crumbs on the floor. Also, for some reason our room had been left open. However, once we entered the room, it was very nice inside and the beds were very comfortable. So, I don't understand why if you have such nice and tidy rooms, why not take the time to vacuum the hallway. First impressions are so important and if I am walking into a visibly dirty hallway, it doesn't help me feel good about where I am staying or what I am going to find once I get to my room. I was actually surprised the room was as nice as it was.

  ★☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience — Wouldn’t RecommendI spent an entire week in this hotel Newstar 07.11.25-07.18.25.Upon arrival I had to change rooms three times because nothing worked — from a broken hair dryer to a Kitchen withouti utensils or pots to prepare anything. On top of that, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and clearly overwhelmed. A staff I spoke to did not speakA word of English and just stood there looking at me (no English she said) 🤷🏾‍♂️. Instead of checking out at 11 am.I asked to check out at 12 pm. The staff abruptly said NO you have to pay 20$. I said after saying here for one week?! She replied YES! No apology, no compensation, just frustration after frustration. Totally unacceptable for the price. Avoid this place if you value comfort or basic service.The shower was also filled with mould (see pictures)..The staff also did not clean my room once in my 7 days stay. ⸻

  Very convenient location with free parking facilities and close to most of the attractions. Rooms are clean and little smaller in size but the rates are reasonable. The restaurant on location is amazing! Food and the staff members are great! Highly recommend.

  Its prostitutes house, they don't give new sheets unless you paid 80$The maid forget to clean the room That's the worst experience hotel I ever live.Plus the house keeper still make false accusations. They prioritize prostitutes before hard worker.

  No customer service, false advertising on rooms

  I booked a suite with kitchenette ground floor. I was put on second floor and kitchenette had none of the items as advertised. I had to call from outside reservation line to get front desk to answer me. I then Attempted 3 times to contact hotel over the course of my trip to resolve the missing items and address the false advertising of items in my room and to date have recieved no response other than “ those things should be in the room “. If they were I would not have contacted you multiple times. Extremely frustrating as I booked the room specifically for the kitchenette This hotel is completely lacking in customer service and even now I’m still waiting for any type of response If you are booking the kitchenette- don’t - nothing listed in the booking is in the room. Very disappointed.
