    Disappointing stay

    Manoir St. Sauveur was a disappointing stay. The room layout was odd and inconvenient, with the main complex located far from the rooms. The bed was uncomfortable and there was a persistent drip throughout the middle of the night. Basic amenities were severely lacking—they skimped on essentials like coffee, pillows, water, and even bedding. Service was poor. I was put on hold for a half hour for room service before I gave up. I also got trapped in the morning because a malfunctioning door wouldn't unlock, preventing us from checking out. The hotel itself had a "money-hungry" feel with constant invitations to spend on things. The only silver lining was the restaurant which was quite decent and nice. Regardless, it was one of the more disappointing hotels that we have traveled to over the last few years.     Still the best spot!

    Back After 3 years and still as great as the first time there! Our family loves coming here and spending time in the pool and facilities.As clean as a hotel can get!     Their is food floating in the pool.. BUT WE CAN'T EAT IN IT.     Spent 2 nights there. Room very clean and comfortable with 2 queen beds.Enjoyed spending a lot of time in hot tub. Outside temperature was-15C and water temperature about 38C. Amazing. Sauna very nice too and the cold water pool was just big enough to get the expected kick. Also enjoyed a massage and facial at the SPA.Because of the time of the year, hotel was not crowded which was nice. Breakfast is up to the standards. Nothing crazy but good.Personal very friendly and welcoming. Kudos to front desk who were just amazing.Only cons of the stay. WiFi was terrible in our aisle.

    The Spa at Manoir Saint-Sauveur is amazing! I had the best massage ever with Nathalie. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and knew exactly how to target all the areas I mentioned. Her technique was both relaxing and therapeutic—exactly what I needed. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. If you're visiting the spa, I highly recommend booking with Nathalie. She's fantastic!
