    I can't understsnd why no contingents after almost 8 hours power off..no reply from people from info..bedding not yet clean so I want to ask for your assistance.i leave my friends number and address in ,new York.. thank you..hoping for assistance.

    We went to Montreal for 2 weeks. we stayed at quality inn for 10 days . Everything was great we used the pool everyday and the gym. breakfast was very good also. But the best thing was the service from the front desk and the breakfast room.

    The staff at this hotel are so friendly,polite and go out of their way to accommodate you. Rooms are clean and well appointed. I guys in the breakfast room went out of their way to serve us as we arrived very close to the 10 am closimg cut off.Impressive experience!

    We were attending a wedding in Montreal and the bride and groom had reserved a block of rooms at this hotel. I booked two rooms online, one with a king bed for my husband and I, one for my daughter, son in law, and grandchildren that had 2 queen size beds. I requested a low floor and automatically assumed the two rooms would be together. When I received my reminder confirmation a few days before our arrival, I noticed I was booked on the second floor and my daughter on the first floor. Therefore, I contacted the hotel to see if I could be moved to a room beside my daughter’s family and the response was that she was in a deluxe room and I had to pay an extra $90 to change my room. I explained that my daughter’s room cost me only $10 more than the one I booked and I was ready to pay $10 more. The young women on the phone went to check with her manager on duty at the time who declined to move me near my daughter’s room for $10 more even though the room was available at the time. I explained we were with a group and she did not even attempt to make an exception. I worked in that industry for many years and know that when you are receiving business from a group and a person within that group who also often books with your chain makes a request, you accomodate. I had explained to her that when I booked, it wasn’t obvious that one was a deluxe room and that our two rooms would be separate. I also said that I would gladly have paid an extra $10. The same manager was there when we checked in, again she said that she would not make an exception. I was very disappointed.The beds were comfortable, the room was clean except for the large crack in the sink which appeared it had dirt trapped in it. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. We give all the necessary information so that guests can call us directly to book and make their requests. I have looked at your file and noticed you did not book directly with us to reserve within the group block but booked on-line instead. When booking on-line you run the risk of reserving rooms that are not in the same area and the rates are not the same as the group.     The hotel was nice and clean and the staff member, Jason, was the best hotel employee we have ever met! So friendly and helpful, spent time showing us things we should do/see while we were in the area, even kept our kids busy and quiet while we were distracted. What a great guy, thank you Jason!
