    Didn't come with breakfast. Elevator was always a 5-10 minute wait because the staff always would use it for different floors. Internet connect was barely there.

    Clean and comfortable but terrible service

    My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel in November for a few days. We were in the city for a concert. First, the positives. The beds were clean and comfortable (they mistakenly put us in a room with two queens instead of one king, which is what we asked for). We had a great view of downtown, the shower pressure is great and there was a cute little coffee bar area with fridge and microwave. Negatives - our room was not cleaned for nearly our entire stay, despite several requests to front desk to have this done. We were told repeatedly it would be done by end of day, and when we returned after sightseeing, it was still not done. We arrived on Saturday morning and left Tuesday morning, and it was done Monday around 4 pm. Otherwise not touched. Manager gave us coupons for the breakfast as an apology. -Elevator smelled like vomit, then later smelled very strongly of disinfectant for the rest of our stay.-Breakfast buffet was not fresh. The food was cold, and there was no juice offered. So, overall it was an okay stay. We were not thrilled with the service, but we are experienced travellers and we managed. Great location and comfortable rooms, but just be mindful of the poor food options and service.

    Modern, clean, and central hotel with a few service drawbacks

    The hotel has a very central location, perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and nicely designed, with clean facilities and great bedding. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the stylish atmosphere. However, there are a few areas for improvement: cleaning is only provided if requested the day before, which can be inconvenient. I also wished they allowed a later checkout. The check-in process and elevator lines were quite long, and it would have been nice to have milk or creamer available for coffee. Despite these small issues, it’s a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

    Great hotel at a great price

    This was a terrific hotel at this price point! We had to find a place to stay at the last minute and took a chance on this vs a more expensive option nearby. Win! The rooms are well-appointed, the fridge is quite large and stays cold, and the wardrobe is large. We will probably stay again.

    Bed bugs

    I stayed at this hotel near the end of August. On my final night, I saw a bed bug crawling in my bed at 11:30pm. Attached is the photo. I reported this to the front desk, showing the photo. The front desk attendants said they do not believe it is a bed bug. We went up to my room. I inspected some more and saw several in the seams of the bench at the foot of the bed. I showed this to the attendants. They took pictures of the bedbugs and took steps to vacate me out of the room. They said the hotel was at maximum capacity and there were no rooms available for me. I waited in the lobby as they looked for other nearby hotels for me. At 1:40am, after finding another hotel proved difficult, they told me, they actually did have another room available. As I had a flight early the following day, I had no choice but to stay in the room provided. Although I did not see any live bed bugs, I did see droppings and carcasses behind the mattress. The following morning, I spoke to the hotel supervisor. The supervisor said he will get an outside inspector to inspect the room for bed bugs before they can issue any sort of refund. The supervisor said he looked himself and did not see any bed bugs. I do not believe any outside inspection was done as you can see in other reviews, this is a reoccurring issue that has never been addressed. I never received a refund or follow up. Besides this, I saw mice running around in the hotel lobby. Please avoid at all costs! In part, I should have been more wary as the bed bench had several stains and what I thought was dirt/dust around the bedframe.
