    I can not stress enough how absolutely discusted I am of this hotel and the people running it. I am a diamond member of the Wyndham hotel group and I have never in my life been soo insulted by a staff member in a place of buisness. First off when initially checking in to the hotel the girl at the desk told me I needed to have a physical copy of my credit card wich I realized I left at home. Now you would think with technology the way it is I have my credit card on my watch and I also have it on my phone. I also was carrying around all kinds of cash I could have offered for a deposit. None of this was good enough. I stayed in a days inn the previous night in Regina with no issues using my credit card off of my watch so I had questions on why it had to be a physical copy while I was looking for any sort of copy of my credit card I could find. I was actively trying to find something that would work as a physical copy of a credit card at this moment and while I asked some questions about why it had to be a physical copy of my card she said "because that's the way we do things here and if you don't like it the front door is over there!" who says that to any customer in the world never mind a diamond member who is actively trying to find something that would work for her deposit payment? When she said that I asked her why she was giving me the attitude she was and she instantly just said I don't have attitude you do. This lady should not be working in the public and I really wish I got her name. It was Saturday evening when we checked in. I didn't see a name tag anywhere wich most people working front desk jobs have name tags. Moving on though through this same incident. I asked my wife to bring one of her credit cards in because I couldn't find a copy of my own. When she came in to the front desk the other girl working the front desk muttered under her breath to the girl that showed me the front door and said we should just leave.This treatment getting checked in to a hotel as a diamond member is unacceptable and I will never be back to your establishment and I will never recommend it either. Again moving through this same incident. Once we were finally checked in I Recieved a text message from someone at the front desk asking how our room is. I took this opportunity to tell whoever was on the other end just how insulted I was and that they shouldn't treat people that way and that I thought they were rude to put a long story short. I got a reply that said "Stop already. It's been dealt with!" after just telling them just how rude I thought they were treating us I don't think the response I got could have been any more rude to add to the fire. Moving on to the room we got. The second we got into our room we were welcomed with the most hurrendous smell you could think of. I can't even describe what it even could have been. The bathroom faucet had black mould or something black all over it and there were still pieces of soap from a previous renter in the bath tub. Every 2-5 minutes we were woke up to some loud electrical something near by in our room kicking in and out. It honestly sounded like something was shorting out and about to start on fire.The establishment itself. I could say alot about this but I will let my five year old son explain this one for me. As we were walking through the hallway he said to me that this was the dirtiest floor he had ever seen in his life. I think that sums it up. Moving on to the pool area. While a descent little spot the people here watching the place aren't doing their jobs. For one we got to witness some guy bring his daughter into go swimming and thought he was being a little weird next thing you know while this guys little girl is swimming around he was shooting up drugs into himself in front of all the kids in the pool area. And also my 5 year old son was trying to enjoy the water slide while some older kids were getting rowdy in the pool and on the slide. My son went down the slide and one of the rowdy boys came down right after and kicked my son right in the head as he was coming off the slide. My son cried for about an hour after this incedent and could have been alot worse and noone was doing anything about the kids being rowdy so just wondering why is there somone sitting there in the first place if they aren't going to do their jobs and keep order in the pool area.Do I want to recognize staff members? I sure do. I wish I got their names again. But. They two girls working the front desk on arrival should not ever be able to work with the public or they need to be taught how to talk to a human being never mind a paying customer. I also feel like talking to a paying customer especially a diamond member like that while your in a customer service position should be enough to lose your job over. And I would also like to say the young girl watching over the pool should watch over the pool. I have never in my life seen somone shooting up drugs with a needle in the middle of a kids play area. It was discusting to see.I'm sorry for the very negative review but not sorry. This place needs to do better. I am copying this review and I will be posting it to multiple platforms because the way we were treated and the service we got is absolutely discusting and everyone should know what happens here

    Convenient location, close to hospital, restaurants, shopping. Building and grounds appeared clean and well maintained. Our stay was 3 nights, Sun-Tuesday nights. Check in was smooth, staff member friendly, hotel not full those days so it was quiet.

    Room was old and dated. There was a terrible order around the TV/dresser area. Air-conditioning rattled loudly. It was a ridiculously overpriced room… $200. Common areas were old and dirty as well. Do not recommend

    Honestly this hotel should be demolished. Not only is it completely wore out with no recent repairs but it is also unclean. The room had stains all over the carpet so we didn’t want to take our shoes off. There were stains on the wallpaper that looked like food splatter. The outside of the toilet had stuff on it and hair on the vanity and tub. Wallpaper is peeling everywhere, even the finish on the hand held shower is peeling. The hallway and stairway floors were always dirty and plenty of gravel. The main entry mats were completely wore out so you can barely clean your shoes off. We didn’t go into the pool due to the condition of the rest of the hotel. Good thing the staff was pleasant. Too bad they have to work in a property with such dreadful maintenance. We have stayed here a number of times but never again.

    Very clean. Well cared for hotel. Very decent continental breakfast, and good value for the money. I'm glad I chose them.
