  Made a reservation for a tournament with the team, the team ended up not staying because the booking staff was rude. 3 people cancelled their no cancellation reservations and they wouldn’t cancel mine. The Hotel was extremely hot even with cold air on high in the room, staff was rude. I asked for ground floor when I booked and they had me on 2nd floor.   Great location for snowmobilers

  Nice little, well cared for hotel. Nice to see a maintenance worker doing odd little jobs that need attention. This was refreshing to see.Rooms were clean, staff was nice. A good hot breakfast of eggs, waffles, sausage amd hashbrowns. Cereals, bagels, muffins toast etc.A great location to the snowmobile trails which is right out the back of the hotel. Great restaurant next door.

  We stayed two nights in early January. Check in was very easy and the gentleman at the desk that night was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately everyone else we encountered were busy on their phones or outside having a smoke.The rooms were small and stuffy. We were told we would have two queen beds and they were clearly doubles. It was clean but my husband found he got very filled up when he was in the room. It was convenient that we could park right outside the door though.Breakfast was fine. The waffles were good. Selection was OK we all found something to eat without issue.This place will do in a pinch but I wouldn't rush back and would likely find somewhere else if I were there again.

  Can’t see forest for the trees

  Just a basic CI. Easy access , lots of parking clean rooms, breakfast is ok. Many CI,s are leaving on juice machine at night with access to cold water as well. Just a jug of water here no ice to keep it cold.My real query is that when I arrived I was on top floor. Motel for sure was no more than 40% capacity if that! I had already paid the upgrade to get the bonus points an additional $37 over my regular rate. I asked to be moved to the Ground floor as I carry lots of samples I did not realize I had booked on the top floor. Sorry sir we can’t do that!! you would need to pay an additional $25 (as I said the place was basically empty). but we would like to thank you for being a diamond member with Choice Club😀😀. Well you’re so welcome glad to give you the business!!Next trip - maybe give the Clarion inn across the road a look.

  Came for a tourney. Worst customer service. Older woman at desk, obviously annoyed. Unhelpful, unfriendly and downright rude. There were issues with another team that was staying there but our boys were well behaved s as bd curfewed. She refused to help us. Painted all players and families with the same brush.
