Location

This hotel is located directly opposite the breathtaking Niagara Falls. Restaurants, nightclubs, numerous shops and the Niagara casino are located opposite the hotel. The American and Horseshoe Falls, the Maid of the Mist boat ride, and the wonderful Niagara Park can all be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. The centre can be reached in some 20 minutes on foot.

Facility

20 single rooms and 107 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include room service, an alarm call service and a laundry service. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A desk is provided. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station.     We had a great time. Pool open 10-10.Breakfast was delicious. Egg rounds, sausage rounds, bagels, English muffins, toast, cereal, juice, milk, coffee. Clean considering 3 floors are being renovated. Definitely would return.     Stayed at this hotel years ago and it was an amazing time, so I was hopeful that it would be the same great experience. Unfortunately, the breakfast that was so fun years ago with the waffle makers, and all the selection was no longer available. It was OK, but nothing special. Our curtains in our room were filthy. They really need to be taken down and washed. I don’t want to say too many bad things because the kids still had fun and enjoyed the pool. The location is superb. We walked everywhere. The staff was very nice. But the hotel needs a lot of upgrades as its rooms are dated and dingy. That will be our last trip at this hotel. Also, for the people who get up super early like us and don’t want to use the little coffee maker in the room, there is a little convenience store right next-door. It opens at 6:30 AM with delicious fresh coffee and a lovely lady running the place.     This hotel was completely out dated and dirty except for the bathroom counter top. There was hair all over the bathroom including on the toilet seat and shower. The drapes had stains all over them. The room temperature in the room was up and down and was not easy to regulate. The water in the shower was hot and cold. Would not stay on a specific temperature. The carpets in the room and in the hall were stain covered. The parking lot was snow covered and staff were waking up guests at 11 pm to move their vehicles into proper spots. There wasn't anyone out directing where to park. I would never step foot in thos hotel again.     Have to say was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Staff were lovely. Room was outdated but very clean. Decent breakfast, saving us so much money! Free parking was brilliant as we were able to walk to were we wanted to go in the niagra falls area. Does needs some improvements on decor but you get what you pay for and this place is definately value for money.
