Location

The hotel is located right above the Canadian Falls section of Niagara Falls and just across the street from the Fallsview Casino. It is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the city centre.

The hotel welcomes guests in an 8-storey building with a lift and 107 non-smoking rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Nice clean hotel, comfy bed and pillows, lots of hot water in shower, fantastic hot breakfest, pool and hot tub fantastic. Had a really good time, close to casino but we didnt go, The only negative was only 2 handicap parking spots. During the week ample parking. Number 2 had to return the card keys or they were going to charge us an extre $10. On a market place episode they had said that a hotel cannot charge you for keeping a card key whith your personnal information and your credit card info, is stored apon. I have stayed at hundred of hotels across canada and ive never been asked to return the cards or be charged extra. The 3rd issue was booked it through choice hotels and it came out to $169 for 3 nights, that included all taxes and fees. I was aware the parking was $25 a night extra, but only noticed after i booked none refundable (in the very fine print), that there was a $15 a day resort fee. This hotel is a solid 3.5 star hotel and is not a resort. so i was quoted $169 included taxes and fees. When i checked out i ended up paying over $303. This is still off season in niagara falls, i could of found a comparable room for less than $200. Nice hotel but almost payed$150 more than quoted. Thanks Peter.

    The front desk staff was horrendous to deal with. They have the worst customer service… the room staff, breakfast staff were decent some were better then others but overall terrible service from the front desk staff they messed up a few times, not organized, lazy & most times just clueless.

    My wife of 30 years and I enjoyed this hotel. The check in staff was nice and friendly. The indoor pool was excellent, the room was basic but the bed was fine. The breakfast was ok but you could not take food to room and they had a 20 minute limit for you to eat the gestapo breakfast staff monitored you. Location was ok but not great.

    We stayed at this hotel for two nights over March Break. The hotel is a little older and the rooms are due for a major make over, but they are clean and have what you need. The noise level was extremely loud. Kids were running around the halls, running up and down the stair wells, and slamming the doors, late into the evening. I know it was March Break and expected it to be busy, but it was a little out of hand. In any case, this is the parent's fault for not controlling their kids. The location is a good 25-30 minute walk to Clifton Hill and most of the attractions, although, it does have restaurants close by to choose from The included continental breakfast was fine for us. It had a waffle machine, cereal, scrambled eggs, bread, english muffins, jam sausages, yogurt , juice, tea, and coffee. I did not see any fruit. The pool is a good size and the hotel supplies pool towels in the pool area. There is also a hot tub. Overall it was okay.
