    Walls are extremely thin, you will hear everything (toilets flush, showers etc) so if people staying next to you are up late or go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you're not getting sleep. Not worth the money they are charging per night. They are charging you for the proximity to the Falls + $20/night parking. Never again.     Good clean rooms lots of room comfortable bed. Breakfast in the lobby in the morning for only $15.00 person.     Unprofessional and UNRESPECTABLE BEHAVIOUR

    It was the worst experience ever in my life for me and my family after visiting 85 countries. The room had a lot of ants and the beds, the baby car seat was full of ants and it bite the baby.Moreover, the worst thing is the staff behaviour and the manager behaviour. We were late for check out one hour and they had a deposit from my card. I understand that late check out is not good but certain things happened, they call us over 10 times and I told them to take a late check out fees from the deposit. They did not respond and the manager (who is an old lady with white hair) came to the room behave like a baby. She told me “this room is now mine I need the room, I am not leaving it’s mine” absolutely like my baby when complaining!!. She raise her voice and not respected that there is a baby with us, but absolutely she was racist about us or background for sure.I went to many hotels worldwide, seen a lot of things but never ever see a behaviour like this! If they do not take a late check out fees as I requested, why they took a deposit? After that I called the police but unfortunately they told me they cannot come for “someone shouting”. This behaviour was not acceptable at all especially from a “manager”, who should at least have a college diploma in Business and know how to conduct business and treat customers.     Great for Hockey Tournament

    Stayed for 2 nights with the hockey team. The hotel knows how to host hockey teams. There are multiple teams there during our stay.The room is clean with dated furniture. Unfortunately, the beds are not comfortable. They have lots of sitting area in the lobby for the team to hang out which is great. Also, it is 5 mins walk away from all the tourist area which is a plus.The swimming pool is packed with kids at night time.     Hockey tournament weekend

    Excellent location. Very close to Clifton Hills. Prices for breakfast are reasonable considering it’s right in the touristy part of Niagara Falls.
