Location

The hotel is located at Niagara Falls, just a few minutes from the Horseshoe Fall and the Maid of the Midst and two blocks away from the Fallsview Casino.

407 non-smoking rooms are located on 32 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Amazing View of the Falls!

    Stayed 2 nights in a Fallsview 1 King Suite w/Whirlpool Tub. Our first time at Niagara Falls and the Marriott on the Falls made our stay quite special. The room was awesome with lots of room, a very comfortable bed, and relaxing whirlpool tub. But the best part was the incredible view of the falls!This room was a splurge for us, but if it’s in your budget it is definitely worth it. Easy self-parking (paid) and we never moved our car while we were there, with the Blue Wego bus stop just steps away from the hotel. Loved the availability of an express elevator going to the higher floors, as we never waited more than a few seconds.     I was charged a $117 resort fee for booking at the Marriott on the Falls. This is not disclosed and is extremely high. There is also a local government fee of $25. Be prepared for these fees to be added wherever you dine or go to in Niagara.     The good news: the view from room 1211 is awesome. I could just sit and watch the tranquility of the falls all day (and lit up at night). However, I must say that the bathroom door was unusual and inadequate. A sliding door that left a significant gap that prevented proper closure, exposing a view on both sides and sounds to the outside. When it was closed, it rattled and swayed open even more. What a horrible design flaw. And in my picture of the elevator lobby on 12, perhaps it's some kind of art installation, more likely, a filthy glass that sat there for two days.     Spent 2 night here recently . Check in was quick , room was huge and bathroom was spotless. The dining room was on an upper floor and catered for all tastes .Unfortunately , my travelling companion got food poisoning in another restaurant so that obviously affected her stay . I was unable to get a simple portion of tea and toast anywhere for her . Hopefully . our next stay will be better .

    Be aware of possible bed bugs

    I had a good 1st night and on the 2nd night I was awaken by a bed bug biting me. I didn't know what it was at 1st but we found the bug in the covers and killed it. He was full as he bit my elbow 3 times and my upper arm 3 times. Im really upset at the nonchalant attitude that the staff has about it. I really tried to be calm but I am furious. At this point I may seek an attorney because it's no way they emailed me saying well the pest control found no signs of bed bugs. I say well clearly I've been bitten. They moved me twice in one day because they didn't have a clean comparable room available. Thats it, no do you need medical attention, which I did, im allergic to everything and I carry my epi pen because of it.
