    The worst, found cockroaches in my room , asked for a full refund and they give me some lame excuses of why they were not able. I insisted until they told me they were going to refund the second night and give me a free refund , all I needed to do was to contact Expedia and they would accepted it, and that’s what I did but to my surprise they refused the refund.

    We stayed at the Niagara Lodge and Suites in early December 2025 with the intention of visiting Niagara Falls. We were looking for a clean place where we could have a quiet night's sleep, with a room equipped with a minibar and microwave for light meals, plus breakfast. The hotel met our needs perfectly: the facilities are simple but clean. The microwave and minibar worked well, the shower was great, the room size was adequate for two adults and two children, and the breakfast was decent.However, what truly set this stay apart was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at the front desk. I requested extra towels and was promptly assisted. Every question we had was answered helpfully and politely.But the highlight was the service and attitude of the Hotel Manager, Mr. Dany. After checking out, we went to move our car to load our luggage, but the battery died. I asked the front desk if anyone could help; the staff member on duty sincerely apologized for not having a car herself and immediately pointed us to Dany, the Manager. She mentioned he had the equipment needed to jump-start the car.As soon as Dany arrived, he stepped in to help and set up the equipment. Unfortunately, the car didn't start. However, he told us he had a solution: he called a roadside assistance service he had through his own insurance, and help arrived shortly after to get us moving. He didn't charge us a single cent. He is an incredible human being.We are deeply grateful to him and the employee who assisted us. The hotel is very lucky to have people of this caliber on their team. Dany, we wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and an excellent 2026. The world needs more people like you.Estivemos no Niagara Lodge and Suites no iníco de dezembro de 2025. A intenção era visitar as Cataratas do Niágara. Por isso gostaríamos de um lugar limpo, que pudéssemos ter uma noite tranquila, que o quarto tivesse frigobar, microondas para pequenas refeições e café da manhã. O hotel satisfez a necessidade, instalações simples, mas limpas. Microondas e frigobar funcionando a contento. Chuveiro bom, tamanho do quarto ok para dois adultos e duas crianças e café da manhã honesto, Mas o diferencial foram as pessoas que trabalham lá. Desde que chegamos fomos bem recebidos na portaria. Solicitei toalhas extras e prontamente fui atendido. Todas as informações que pedimos foram respondidas a contento e com muita educação. Mas o ápice foi o atendimento e o comportamento do Gerente do Hotel, o Senhor Dany. Fizemos o checkout e fomos movimentar o carro para carregá-lo.Ocorre que a bateria falhou. perguntei na portaria se havia alguem no hotel que poderia nos ajudar e prontamente a funcionária que nos atendeu se desculpou por ela não estar de carro e indicou Dany, o Gerente. Ela informou que ele teria o equipamento disponível para fazer o carro funcionar. Assim que Dany chegou, prontamente nos ajudou montando o equipamento. Infelizmente o carro não funcionou. Mas ele disse que teria uma saída. ele acionou um seguro assistencial que ele possuia e o socorro em pouco tempo estava lá e nos ajudou. Não nos cobrou nem um centavo. Ser humano incrível. Só temos muita gratidão a ele e a funcionária que nos atendeu. O hotel tem muita sorte de ter pessoas desse nível sob seus quadros funcionais. Dany, desejamos a voce e sua família um Feliz Natal e um excelente 2026. O mundo agradece pessoas como você.

    BED BUGS🕷🕷🕷🕷🕷🕷🕷🕷. My husband and I checked in in October 3rd, 2025. The place was dirty and in a sketchy area but we decided to stay one night and check out the next morning. We had booked for 2 nights) . I was awaken around 2am by noises outside our door. (Street side). There were people hanging around. (Drug deals, homeless, a street walker girl). Went to bathroom and I then noticed bugs on my bedding. BED BUGS everywhere. We immediately packed our stuff, checked out, and complained. They will not give us a refund and are lying about it. Saying we never complained and we stayed both nights. This place should be shut down. I will be contacting the health inspectors and letting them know.

    Oh my gosh!!!!! How is this place still in business?

    This place was a dump! We walked in and walked right out. The carpet was filthy; there were no mattresses; the blankets were sleeping bags; there was black finger prints on the doors and walls; the window (which opened to a parking lot with homeless people) didn't lock; there was garbage on the floor behind the beds; there was food residue on the outside of the fridge and the wall by stove.
