  Arrived a couple of hours before check in. Asked if room was ready, it wasn’t - ok no problem. We planned to go for a walk around but out of curiosity asked what our room number would be. Man at front desk with white hair interrupted and told the receptionist helping us “don’t tell them”. He was very rude the entire time we were there. We were warned several times about the no smoking policy, yet the entire evening all we smelled in the hallways was weed. It was even seeping into our room. Totally disgusting! The room was okay, not the cleanest…..I wouldn’t walk in my bare feet there for sure. Breakfast was okay, until we saw the staff return ketchup packets that were left on the table to the buffet. After she changed the garbage bags she continued refilling pans and not once did she wash her hands. Also - this area seemed sketchy. Lots of abandoned buildings around and honestly this area and hotel ruined our Niagara Falls experience. Spend the extra money and get a better hotel!!!

  I stayed here for one night with my friend. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. Beautiful view of the fall from our room. place is pretty dated, but that didn’t really matter to us. In the bathroom, there is shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion provided. The breakfast was OK primarily scrambled eggs, sausage waffles, toast things like that. Very conveniently located right across from Fallsview Casino within walking distance to the Falls and lots of shops and restaurants. Iwould stay here again.

  4th floor room overlooking the falls and short walking distance to Table Rock.Good value for the money. A bit of a climb coming back from the falls.Room was decent,nothing broken, no bugs. Decor a bit dated. A few tiny tears in the wallpaper. Breakfast was better than I expected. Scrambled eggs,sausage, muffins, bread, hot and cold cereal etc. The hostess worked very hard to ensure all the food was refilled. She was lovely. Check out was a breeze.A bit dated. YesWhite glove clean. NoI would recommend this hotel to like-minded friends.

  Everyone was very friendly and super accommodating! Waheedah at reception was amazing!! Also met Maria in housekeeping. We spent three days there every day was very pleasant!!! Highly recommend.

  We stayed here 1/30/2026 for 2 nights. Our friends booked 2 rooms, they were in 111, and we were initially in 110. When we got in the rooms, they are dated and that is fine. The first issue is the destroyed dresser that has had the drawer fronts badly screwed to the frame and the whole unit is useless. Then when we noticed a bug crawling on the wall above the bed, we went into the bathroom to get a Kleenex to kill it. We found dozens of insects crawling on the floor, the toilet and the tub. We complained and were put in room 109 and it was fine, other than the empty water bottles on the bathroom floor. This place is a hell hole. It was not our pick we let friends pick and I can assure you never again. Ironically they still rented room 110 out for both Friday night and Saturday night to 2 different sets of guests. They did nothing to fix the problems in the rooms. Out friends were still in room 111 laughed when they heard a women's scream in the middle of the night when she saw the bugs In the bathroom.
