  Booked through their corporate App. Requested room I could park at room door, as I always do. Didn’t get that, and desk clerk said it was my doing because I chose room. Umm, no.. I booked requesting a room. Oh and have a peek at the pictures. The Quality of the Inn seems to be on the decline. I have stayed at this location many times over the years, and the difference is quite noticeable. Disappointing.

  super old and run down. TV old and signal reception is crap. property is a mess.staff are friendly and helpful. will not stay here again

  Can’t believe they charge $200 a night for this place. It seems to me no investment has been made to this property in years. Will not return and do not recommend. Windows haven’t been cleaned in years. Lamp shades dusty. Some lamps didn’t work. Other lamps buzzed. Bathtub filthy from lack of deep cleaning. TV unwatchable because of fuzzy reception. Decor dated. No elevator. Wall paper torn and stained. Bed was tolerably comfortable.

  May be one of the worst hotels experiences of my life. Came thru North Bay and had to unexpectedly spend the night so pulled in to ask if they had a room at after 9 pm which they did - almost $250!!!Said fine, it had been a long day then unloaded the car and asked where the elevator was - NO ELEVATOR and so had to haul a 3 week trips worth off stuff upstairs and to the very end of the hall. And then the keys didn't work.Then get in the room. It is so hot in there. Try to get the air to work but the knobs don't show where the arrow is to adjust.Then look around - the carpet is dirty (potato chips on the ground) go to close the curtains and they are covered in a huge stain and there was hair in the bath tub. The furniture looked like it had been through a war and there were no plugs or a clock or anything like that? Behind the nightstand, the light plugged in to one outlet and the other was somehow so loose, that a plug kept falling out. The front desk brought up a plug multiplier but it was a frustrating experience. Then trying sleep with the smell of Marijuana coming from the hallway - not the hotels fault but frustrating all the same.Then at 9 am, they started vacuuming the room next door! And trying to leave with all the luggage, now the very narrow hallway had housekeeping carts (10 am) and they watched as we struggled to get everything down the stairs.They didnt give us a bill under the door and as we were an hour away, realized they never took any information from me to send me a copy of a bill - for $240. This - at most - should have been $120.

  Friendly Staff, Hot Breakfast, and Indoor Pool/Hot Tub

  We were on the last leg of our 18-day road trip and decided to finish up with a stay at a Choice Hotel, which we normally frequent during travel. The Quality Inn was located just off of Trans-Canada 17 and offered access to our ground floor room via sliding glass doors, which is always convenient. The room was standard size, and the bed was comfortable. Usually, Quality Inns do not offer eggs and sausages for breakfast, but this one did!! Of course, other items, both hot and hot, were available. There was also an indoor pool next to the breakfast venue. A very good stay at a reasonable cost. The young woman who greeted at arrival, also, was there at our departure, and was very cordial.
