    The hotel had all the amenities you need for your stay like swimming pool, hot tub for family to enjoy. Great location close to all major retailers which is a bonus.Gogi and team were really helpful giving us recommendations for places to go around vernon and was always ready to help.Shall come back again. A great service is much appreciated. Thank u Gogi.

    Worst place ever! First room tv did not work, checked behind it to see if it was plugged in, was covered in dirt and dust. Toilet didn’t flush. Got moved to another room. Absolutely stunk of stale cigarette smoke. Could see where they washed the bathroom door, but just streaked it with dirt. Floor was grimy and felt dirty on bare feet.If I wasn’t so tiredI would have requested a refund and left.

    Clean quiet room, comfy beds, had a great sleep. Had all the amenities I wanted and more. Love the continental breakfast served in a sealed ziplock baggy!     Dirty floor, stains on walls but could be nice

    The room was clean to a point. However, I felt granular dirt on my feet when I walked in the room. Also, the bottom of my feet turned pitched black, almost like the floor had not been mopped. There were also stains running down the wall in my room.However, the furnishings were really nice and the Internet worked fast. Great mini-fridge, large television. I feel really divided on this place -- 2-3 stars but posted two because cleanliness is a big deal to me. Also, they got rid of the free breakfast blaming Covid-19 but I don't know that the price went down. Places that serve food are offering take-away during these times, not sure why this place doesn't. All in all, not a great place.     Clean, comfortable and convenient. Excellent staff and very friendly. So nice when travelling to park outside your door. Very good for travelling with pets. Would definitely stay again.
