It was our first time staying here and hopefully will not be our last. The check in at this hotel was perfect. The lady that checked us in was such a blessing after our 11 hour drive. The explanation of the free breakfast and how to get to pool and room etc was just the right amount of information without it being overwhelming. Breakfast was simple eats but area was clean and a great option if families are not large eaters for breakfast. These days its a treat to have respectful and professional encounters with staff. The parking was easy and never had an issue finding a spot.Room we were in was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was typical for a window a/c. Sound etc.

Well maintained, very good value from this family-friendly hotel. Staff was friendly & helpful. Clean rooms with nice towels and everything you need, including decaf for the Keurig machine. It was fun to see the kids enjoy the pool and was a welcome dip after a long day on the road. There are barbecues, too, for gatherings pool-side

Dirty. It appears the room staff can change the bed and towels but are unable to wipe ANYTHING down. Room was filthy, light switches, windows had a thick film on them, anything stainless steel from lamps to microwave was covered in greasy fingerprints. The breakfast had toast/bagel/cereal/coffee/hardboiled eggs/ day old Tim Hortons muffins (not kidding on the day old). The elevator was filthy. Does anyone there know how to actually clean and use stainless steel dressing? Whose idea was it to buy sharp cornered beds? Great for stubbing toes in the night. Suite security was crap, could flip over the lock and open the door. Did nothing. The price is reasonable, bring your own tub of Lysol Wipes!!

What we expected.

Pretty much what we expected. A good location, very friendly check in experience, nice swimming pool and a continental breakfast. The breakfast had no hot items that I recall but cooked hard boiled eggs. The location made it easy to walk downtown to several restaurants as well as the wonderful Osoyoos waterfront.

I got in with no reservation, nice room, good rate, great parking. I had a vintage travel trailer and the fellow at the front desk had me park it where he could keep an eye on it. Room was quiet, bed was good. Free breakfast was pretty decent.
