    Amazing birthday stay!

    rating01 May 2026

We stayed only one night, for my birthday, and the staff were phenomenal! Right from check-in, they were so friendly and helpful! After learning it was my birthday, they brought up a thoughtful wee gift, which was so kind! And random staff members called out birthday greetings as we came and went. Our room was immaculately clean, and even though our balcony faced the busy street, we barely heard the traffic. We had a jetted tub in our room, and it did take a while to fill, but it was amazing to soak before bed. And again, it was absolutely spotless. We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was incredible, and once again, the staff were outstanding. Delicious food and fantastic staff, we will definitely be back to stay and to eat!

    Filthy and uncaring

    rating30 Sept 2025

We stayed Sept 27th in room 318. Upon check in we noticed massive stains on the bed skirt. I notified the front desk, but the hotel was full and they could not change the skirt. He advised me to talk to the Manager in the morning. Upon check next morning, I requested to speak with the Manager. Was advised she was not in and was provided her card with her email address. I emailed her Sept 28th. Her name is Lynette. No response four days later. Total stay with taxes was $398.54 for one night. They couldn’t even provide a clean room! Prestige Management, General Manager at Prestige Beach House, responded to this review Dear Freedom40434830818,Thank you for sharing your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the stained bed skirt in your room and for the inconvenience it caused during your stay. I completely understand how this impacted your experience, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will do a thorough investigation and deep clean in the room to ensure a better experience for our guests in the future. I’m also very sorry that you didn’t receive a response after emailing me. Unfortunately, I did not receive your message, and I truly regret that it left you feeling dismissed. That is never the experience we want for our guests.Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us improve and better serve our guests moving forward.Warm regards,Lynnette PeterGeneral Manager

A Romantic Surprise That Made Our Stay Unforgettable

    rating03 Aug 2025

My wife Immy and I spent a few days at the Prestige Beach House in Kelowna after our wedding, and honestly, the experience blew us away. From the moment we checked in, the team made it clear this wasn’t going to be just another hotel stay. We walked into our room to find rose petals gently scattered, a chilled bottle of champagne, a handcrafted charcuterie board, and a personal card with warm wishes for our new journey together. It wasn’t just thoughtful—it was unforgettable. That kind of effort speaks volumes. The hotel itself is in a perfect spot—right across from Hot Sands Beach and just a short stroll to downtown Kelowna. Whether we were craving a lakeside walk or wanted to explore the local food scene, everything was within reach. It made the whole trip feel seamless and relaxed.Inside, the vibe is beachy but elevated. Our suite was cozy, spotless, and well-designed—exactly what we needed to unwind after a whirlwind wedding weekend. And beyond the aesthetics, the amenities were solid: an indoor pool, hot tub, gym, and onsite dining gave us everything we needed without having to go far.But what really stuck with us was the people. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, friendly, and professional. You can tell they care—about the property and about their guests. It’s the kind of place where you feel seen, not just served.🌟 What Made It Special:Personalized hospitality – Champagne, charcuterie, petals, and a handwritten card? That’s next-level thoughtful.Location, location, location – Steps from the beach and the heart of Kelowna.Boutique feel, modern perks – A polished space with warm energy and all the right comforts. If you’re planning a romantic getaway—or just want a hotel that gets it—Prestige Beach House is a standout. We’ll absolutely be back.

    Will go elsewhere next time

    rating24 Jul 2025

This hotel was average. Looked like some recent updates had been made. Very small bathroom spaces. Air conditioner spat out dirt, which they fixed after a complaint but it never went 100% away. They did try though. A room not facing the highway would be better for noise, though ear plugs are provided. Room service cleaning also very average. The location was fine, easy walk to lake and Bernard Street with lots of cafes/restaurants.

    Choose your room wisely

    rating22 Apr 2025

In Kelowna for a girls trip and decided to stay here because of the location. It was overall an okay stay. Some parts of the room were quite unkempt, and the view we had from our room showcased people on the street engaging in various types of recreational activities. The location was convenient, but keep in mind that the parking requires your vehicle to be under a certain height. The pool and hot tub were open and a pleasure to have. Expect to call for fresh towels, as apparently there is no service on the days of your stay. We also tried out the restaurant in the hotel and had some good food! Would stay here again, keeping in mind the pros and cons of being on the water in downtown Kelowna!
