    Conveniently located hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful front desk staff. We stayed in a king bed room that was very spacious and well appointed. Really comfortable bed!! Didn’t have time to try the restaurant but would definitely return.

    Good Stay Overall but Housekeeping and Check-Out Need Improvement

    We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, though there were a few areas that could be improved.The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable, which we appreciated very much during our stay. My husband also really enjoyed using the gym facilities. The hotel itself was comfortable, and we had a relaxing time overall.However, the housekeeping service was not what we expected. We did not sign up for the hotel’s green program, so we were surprised that on our second day we had to call just to request clean towels, coffee refills, and trash removal. I even had to put the plastic liner in the garbage bin myself.Unfortunately, the check-out process was also disappointing because it was not handled correctly the first time. We had to return to the hotel so my credit card could be swiped properly and to obtain an official receipt, which took additional time. From my observation, the front desk staff at that time did not seem fully confident with the process.Overall, we enjoyed some of the hotel amenities, especially the pool, hot tub, and gym, but housekeeping and front desk service could definitely be more attentive.

    4 overall as I like hot tub jets and cleanliness and love Bourbon.But please just accommodate one who likes quiet as person above me yes was a stomper. Was unsettling up to almost 11 pm and again early am.I did ask upon arrival and just hard to believe I got last room in the entire hotel on lowest level.Thr hot tub was a savior though at 8 am but didn't sleep great with worry and concern on selfish others around me.Not very soundproof either.

    not suitable for anyone in a wheelchair. Price of room too high for what you get. Was quiet but that is because there were very few guests. Front desk were nice and tried to help.

    Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was amazing. The room was amazing. There are wonderful amenities on site. All staff were absolutely lovely. Definitely recommend this hotel
