    Staying in this hotel definitely doesn't represent the Hilton Brand. My family was greeted with ignorance and eye rolls. My children were made to feel out of place and unwelcome Housekeeping told my family we didn't need the amenities we requested and if we really wanted them we could come get them.Breakfast was cold and unkept.The room was was clean but cramped.

    Great hotel. Near to shops. We are a family of 5 and our room was huge. Pool was a little cold but the kids enjoyed it. Gym is also nice. Breakfast was lovely- waffles, coffee, cereals etc

    The breakfast was adequate. The room was fine. But housekeeping service was lacking. Although we did not recall being informed, housekeeping is "by request or every other day". That would have been fine, except we asked each day of our 3 night stay - both directly to housekeeping staff and in person at the front desk each day. We returned after being out every day and even on the 3rd day to find full trash containers and piles of towels. Someone at the front desk brought us towels and toilet paper for the last night. It was a shame. I would likely have returned, but for that.

    Had a very nice two-night stay at the Hampton Inn in Peterborough at the beginning of August with my two daughters. We were in town for the Peter Robinson Emigration celebration. We were greeted warmly by the front desk staff, and we were walked through the times of breakfast, where the pool and gym is located etc. Very polite and inviting front desk staff.The hotel was very clean, seems brand new, but well taken care of. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and pillows were nice as well.The hotel location is great, easy to access, and there are restaurants, stores, and points of interest in just a few minutes drive. The only drawback is the fact the there isn’t enough parking, as the lot is shared with the casino and Tim Hortons. Not a huge issue, as we always did find a spot, but I can see how it might be an issue.We used the pool both nights. It was a bit cool, but very refreshing after a hot day. Hopefully it does get a bit warmer.Overall, a really nice stay in Peterborough, and the Hampton Inn will be our choice whenever we visit.
