    Pleasantly decorated large room with very comfortable bed. Good TV with a variety of channels. Continental breakfast served near the lobby in an area with large windows and pleasant atmosphere. Quiet. Excellent restaurant on site.     The room was clean, front desk was friendly, the bed was comfortable. All in all, I would recommend to family and friends.     Not the worst hotel. Decent room with fridge, microwave. Fairly quiet. Breakfast is okay, nothing fancy. Felt safer here than in other hotel I've stayed in. Location is awkward to reach.

    a travesty!. disrespected,ruined a time for me and others. never been so degrated in my life. in front of customers at the hotel. that's very unprofessional as a manager or assistant manager ,and front desk receptionist.

    Writing this on behalf of my wife who stayed at this property Saturday April 5th. She found the helpfulness of the staff very poor. She notified the front desk that her TV was not working, no-one was sent up to fix it even though she was advised there would be. Upon checkout Sunday morning when she asked for a discount she was denied. She was told she did not notify the appropriate person. She called the front desk, they took the concern and said someone would be up. This is very poor, extremely poor customer service. Since myself and my wife book approximately 40-60 business trips between us per year, we will not being using Ramada or any Wyndham properties in the near future. Additionally we will share our experiences with our colleagues and friends network to advise them also of this experience. Currently we are on several committees booking large conferences and other meetings, we will not be asking any Wyndham properties for any blocks of rooms.
