    Fun, Relaxing, and Refreshing

    Wow! What a wonderful experience. Our room was one of the smallest they offer, but was much larger than a typical hotel room - room to stretch out a bit. The resort amenities were perfect, breakfast there was amazing (buffet), and the staff some of the friendliest we have met. The resort is close enough to all of the Quebec Old Town stuff, we drove our car. It is also far enough from the hustle and bustle to be able to spend days at the resort relaxing without all the city noise. We will be coming back with our family for sure!     Breakfast great. Avoid weekend spa deals. Pool overcrowded

    Pool was overcrowded especially at weekend as there was always a Spa Deal on. We stayed in the Urbania Suite which came with extras. Drinks and nibbles at 5 - 7 pm. Room for this was not big enough for the amount of people,in there We arrived at 5.35 - all seats taken. Buffet was 80% gone So didn’t stay as you could tell who was going to be there for the full 2 hours - serve yourself booze On a positive note. Breakfast was amazing and you could book in till 2 pm ( maybe a weekend thing) but totally worth the money Reception was helpful. Going back the Urbania suite bedroom Well looked after but the walk through the hotel to get there was like you were going to the back of beyond.     Quiet, Clean, and Relaxing Stay

    We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, very clean, and the bathroom setup — especially the tub — was a highlight. The pool and hot tub were also great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.While the location is a bit of a distance from Old Quebec, it was still well worth staying here for the peaceful atmosphere and quality of the accommodations.One downside: we were disappointed that we couldn’t get a reservation at the on-site restaurant, even though it looked almost empty. That said, plenty of dining options are just a short drive away.Overall, a lovely stay and we’d definitely consider returning.     Me and my wife stayed there for one night and I must be honest - not that impressed at all. We traveled with our pet, however you shouldn’t advertise yourself as ‘pet friendly’ and yet give your guests one of the worst rooms just because they travel with a pet. Either do not ‘discriminate’ or just don’t allow pets - period. The room was on the first floor but it seemed in the basement to me. Outdated , depressing and room definitely not clean. Awful smell and if I had to rely on their shower gel / shampoo (mini bottles) I would have left smelling the same as the room. Bed advertised as queen - not even close …more like double to me. Restaurant - I must admit , food was terrific but if I have to wait more than two hours to get it , what’s the point?! It just ruined the whole experience. Definitely not staying there again nor I recommend this overpriced, overhyped a couple of stars auberge.
