    As you walk in your are charmed by the fireplace in the foyer. However the lunch area seems cheap & out of place. Room was great.

    The place is great and the rooms are soundproof. The hotel is across the street of the mall. There is a pool and the breakfast has different choices. The bed was very comfortable. Free parking

    I visit this hôtel on a regular basis. I am overall quite satisfied. Large shopping mall across the road. Many restaurants options close by. It is by no means close to the historical Old Québec and you will need a car to get there. But you are close to the key highways. Large free parking and 5 electric charging stations. I particularly like the concrete walls that normally make for a peaceful stay…unless you have kids running in the hallways at 3:00 AM, as I experienced in my last visit! Room 213 is just behind the elevator so it can be a little bit annoying if you are a light sleeper. Don’t expect much from the pool…very small and normally very busy with kids.

    Unprofessional liars at your “service”

    The staff is very unprofessional. From the front desk clerks to the GM, they’re all a bunch of liars. They got us stuck in a room right next to a reception room that was booked for a party. They assured us that the guests will be leaving at 9pm. When it was still going past 9pm, it turned out that the room was booked until 10pm. By 2am, the screams and clapping were still going on. Had they told us a party was booked right next door during checkin, we would’ve looked for another hotel. Stay away from this lousy place!

    The hotel is beautiful. The pillows are fluffy and the room is very clean. It’s really well located near the highway and bus line. It’s within walking distance to a mall, a liquor store and a Walmart.Staff are wonderful to deal with.Within a 10 minute drive from downtown Quebec City.
