    Fantastic location! 7-10 minute walk from where most tours leave, Parliament, Plains of Abraham, Citadel, Chateau Frontenac etc. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Service was very friendly. The rooms are renovated and very clean. Note! There is no elevator in the hotel. The lobby is on floor 2 and the hotel goes to floor 5. Highly recommended. Would have been 5 stars if there was an elevator and the climate control in the room was a little more consistent.

    Lovely little hotel in a great location. Staff was always friendly and room was clean. Stayed on the 5th floor in a "classic" room...not huge but suited us. Could benefit from more shelving/storage options, especially in the bathroom.

    Small boutique hotel. Decent location if u are able to walk a big hill down to a Main Street area with restaurants & shops. There is no elevator so request first floor for convenience. The problem is the hotel parking behind the hotel is not secure despite cameras. Our car was rummaged thru & some money was stolen. Some of the hotel staff & the manager were not helpful at all. Very dismissive & condescending. Never checked the cameras & were not helpful at all. Paid 25$ a night to a lot connected to the hotel & they had no regard for the situation.

    Beautifully renovated, great location. We were very pleased with our suite. The staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend it. Close to shops, restaurants
