    This was our first stay at Le Germain in Quebec City. Staff was very attentive and our room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet.     I love this hotel! Yes, the room was nice, spacious, with a beautiful view, and full of lovely little touches, but it was the thoughtful and friendly staff that really made our stay special. It was such a treat to have a real concierge ready to answer any question when so many hotels seem to have abandoned human contact! If you enjoy walking, the location is superb as well, with the old city on one side, and the waterfront on the other. Is the hotel inexpensive? No. Is it worth it? I think yes.     Cute little hotel in Quebec, felt very special. Room was good size, walk in shower, and very clean. They even do turn down at night. Breakfast bar was tasty, not to talk about the different coffee choices.     A truly delightful boutique hotel experience. Charming, cozy, and beautifully designed, with welcoming staff and inviting shared spaces, especially the lovely wood-burning fireplace lounge where we enjoyed unwinding on a snowy evening after exploring Quebec City.     Understanding and helpful

    My wife and I were set to spend 3 days over Valentine's at Le Germain after spending the previous 4 days at Mont Tremblant. Unfortunately, I came down with the flu and we had to head home early. We were set to stay at Le Germain, and were looking forward to it as friends had spoken of it highly, but with my flu we had to cancel. The hotel team was both understanding and helpful in making the cancellation trouble free - better than most. We will make this hotel our choice for Quebec City as we visit at least once per year - if we can like them this much when we didn't get a chance to stay, am sure we'll love them when we do!
