    Scummy Hotel

    They charge a lot for a scummy hotel. The rooms are small, they smell, the floors are uneven. The elevators even uneven. Rooms definitely aren’t cleaned well and neither are the hallways, front entrance or pool area. Honestly do not stay here it is worse than the scummiest hotel in a large city. The front desk clerk on evenings is a complete arrogant person as well. Can stay at a cheaper hotel that’s way better. Do NOT stay here. The photos posted are NOT how it looks !!

    Given the nightly rate, I was expecting a comfortable and well-maintained experience. Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our stay.Upon arrival, we noticed the bathroom shower was not clean, and there was hair on the bed, which was disappointing and concerning from a housekeeping standpoint. The property overall appeared somewhat run down, which did not align with the pricing.In the morning, there was no hot water available, which made it difficult to prepare for the day. Additionally, the breakfast offering was quite limited in quality, and our interactions with staff were not as welcoming or helpful as we had hoped.

    We are seniors, put us on the 4th floor, elevator went down for two days. No refund given when asked. Came home to hotel at midnight “No parking on the lot.” Food service was not great. Tables were not cleaned as people left. Garbage was over flowing. Breakers were flipping off as people were making toast and waffles. Do not recommend !!!

    The one positive is the staff are all friendly and helpful. After that there’s unfortunately not a lot of positives. The bathroom on the ground floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The hallway carpets and the ones in the elevator were stained and covered in dirt and gravel as though they’d never seen a vacuum. The room had an overwhelming odor of wet and musty. We stayed only because it was midnight and we were exhausted. The next morning we went down for the complimentary breakfast. They had all you needed; toast, pancakes,waffles,yogurt, and coffee. But the garbage was overflowing onto the floor and the floor was filthy. When I went to check out I looked above the counter and on the wall was a dried, dead, dragonfly stuck to the wall. I left needing a shower and feeling as though I’d been taken advantage of when I saw the price for this squalor. I was charged a total of $212

    Costly for a poor place to stay.

    The bed was comfortable but the water in the bathroom was barely lukewarm turned all the way to hot. So no shower and shaving was uncomfortable. We were in room 109 and it was so noisy so our sleep was constantly interrupted.Breakfast was adequate. Morning fromt desk person was not personable.
