    Nice Hotel, would stay again.

    My family stayed December 17,2025-December 20,2025. The hotel is clean and quiet. Staff is friendly. The pool is very warm and our little one loved it. Rooms are pretty spacious. It did include continental breakfast, but you do have to get up early in order to get some bacon. Pretty laid back hotel.PROS-Clean-friendly staff-Warm pool and hot tub-pet friendly-continental breakfastCONS-- $249 a night with two dogs in getting a bit pricey Front Desk, General Manager at Best Western Rocky Mountain House Inn & Suites, responded to this review Thank you for your wonderful review, we serve bacon throughout the morning breakfast service so may have just been an oversight by our Attendant.     Very friendly staff - so helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable. Drove 7 hours the day we got there and they made check easy and quick. Breakfast the next morning was fresh and good - We even forgot a set of car keys in the room and they had them to us a day later. Will stay here again on our next trip through Rocky - Thank you.     The most friendliest front desk people and room service. Sometimes that all you need if you rough and long days in the field, a smile and warm welcome every time you back in the hotel.     In our way to Edmonton we stayed for one night. The staff was friendly, the room very clean and the breakfast excellent. If you are in the area an need to spend one or more nights I strongly recommend this place. They have a museum that is nice. No much for restaurants in the area.     The Legend of the Waffle Man

    Very comfortable hotel, and clean. Nice breakfast. Hey, did you hear about the Legend of the Waffle Man? No? Did you know that if you push down too hard on the waffle batter spigot where it says "PUSH", the whole spigot can detach, spilling a flood of waffle batter everywhere! I won't do that again! But I want to give a big shout-out to breakfast room attendant Tawnie! She was calm through the batter mess and was very kind to this mess maker. Thank you, Tawnie!
