Location

This hotel enjoys a central location in the restaurant and shopping district, within walking distance of major malls, shops, outlets, restaurants, theatres and banks. It lies just 5 minutes from the city centre and is located in the newly developed shopping district of East Saint John. It is a 10-minute drive to Irving Nature Park and the Reversing Falls and nearby the New Brunswick Museum, the city market and Fort Howe.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 116 rooms, including 32 suites, 19 single rooms and 59 double rooms, located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The holiday village offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The complex has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pleasantly heated water of the indoor and outdoor pools guarantees comfortable swimming. Fun on the waterslide and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the complex, including golf, canoeing and a gym. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room and a café. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Our experience started with our call to secure a room. Jane answered the phone and was really nice, and efficient.When we started our checkin, Jane was there again with a smile and helpful.The night was filled with lots of hockey kids.  An interesting fact, at 9:40PM, everyone got quiet for the night.Isshie and Cody did an amazing job for all of the night guests ( including the hockey kids).Breakfast was easy and efficient. Glenn and Lori were awesome.Checkout was a breeze.Thank you, Deep.Thank you, always for a great team.See you in June.

    We cannot say enough great things about this hotel. The employees are a cut above the rest. They always find a way to stand out from the competition and go out of their way to make our stay as fun and easy as possible. Special shout outs to Malik, Cody, Daisy, Larry, Jon, Deanna, Reah, George, Jane, Guarab and Nithin (so sorry for scaring you : ). Every time we have stayed, we have heard other guests complimenting them or talking about them in the elevators etc, so it is clearly not just our opinion. We also love the hotel itself:* Crazy fun water slide into the pool, plus the hot tub. *The best breakfast buffet and waffles with all the fixings, and it is FREE.*Excellent value and large rooms (very clean).*Pet Friendly rooms.*Basically in the same parking lot as shopping, spa, Costco/ Sobey's, Restaurants and so much more!*Parking is not only free, but close to entrances. *Long term stay options and pricing.*We generally look for Hilton Hotels anyway after trying many reward programs as theirs have better rewards. *They are always patient with the rooms full of kids and teens we have with us, and are sure not to put us where other guests will mind some noise. I typically provide balanced feedback with pros and cons but I cannot think of a con? Thank you all again for making us feel like valued guests and family!

    We spent one night here. It’s a nice big hotel with plenty of free parking and good sized rooms. The staff were friendly on arrival and throughout. Good free breakfast in the morning too. All the usual Hampton qualities. Recommend

    After being cancelled by air canada we found ourselves in an unexpected place for 72 hours. The hotel was empathetic to our journey and we got great rates for 2 nites. Breakfast is complimentary. Consisted of boiled eggs, scrambled, omlette, bacon or sausage, hashbrowns, beans, cold breakfast, yogurt, buns bread, even gf bread if needed. The breakfast lady worked her buns off! The pool and waterslide, hot tub were clean. Rooms were spacious comfortable, bathrooms had shampoo, bodywadh, condition, body lotion, hairdryer. Close to sobeys too if needed.

    We’ve been staying at a variety of hotels. Hampton is a breath of fresh air! The quality is stellar, the staff friendly, and breakfast sufficient. Great job!
