    Terrible front desk staff. I booked a King Suite with a bathtub as my wife enjoys a warm tub every morning. I added a request for main floor because my wife was going to check in without me and I didnt want her to drag a heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs. Some genius gave us an accessible suite instead with no tub. Upon seeing the room my wife went back to the front desk and said the room did not have a tub. They said its what you booked so thats it. I didnt get to the hotel until after 9 pm so couldnt do much about it. We stay there everytime we visit Sarnia to see family. Theres a last time for everything including this place. Thanks for nothing Super 8.

    Ok Hotel in Downtown Sarnia , Good Restaurant is in the same building Rooms are Nice and Clean breakfast is "ok" But for the price it is good value for the money.

    Excellent hotel. Don't let the low price disinterest staying here. Rooms are clean and neat. The continental breakfast has everything needed to start the day.

    We stayed here for a weekend. The staff was not friendly. No elevator is available so if you have someone with mobility issues request a 1st floor room. The place is dirty, breakfast was awful. No protein, batter was so watery for a waffle that it wouldn't cook. Rooms seem to not stay very warm. Do not recommend at all

    WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE! We were informed by one of our group about the conditions of the hotel and the lack of safety. The doors have huge gaps and when asked to move rooms, they said they are all like that and to place a towel in the gap. It is the middle of winter in January, and the rooms have no heat. The front desk was giving out space heaters. Hotel should not even be open until it can address the safety for its customers. The front desk was rude and unhelpful when we tried to cancel. If they cannot provide the basic needs of heat, shelter and good customer service, they should not even be in operation. Stay somewhere, anywhere else but here. The reviews that are positive should be questioned of their validity because this hotel is run down and should be condemned.RoomsHuge gaps in the door, ice cold rooms and no heat. They also provided a rollaway in a king size bed room and there was no room to walk or safely move about. This hotel is garbage.SafetyIt is not safe at all with huge gaps in the doors and they issued a twin bed in a king bed room that allowed for no way to even walk around the room. I am pretty sure this is a fire safety issue. Noteworthy detailsRun away and don't stay at this horrible hotel that shouldn't even be in operation.
