This is not a Travelodge to stay at, it is nowhere near their minimum standards.

    rating10 Oct 2025

This hotel is filthy. They're newly renovated rooms can easily be summed up as "lipstick on a pig".There are questionable stains on the curtains. There were handprints and dirt smears on the walls. The floors look like they've never been mopped, and they don't move the beds to sweep anywhere around them or under them. (The rooms do not have carpet, it's a final flooring and the beds slide very easily). The rooms are noisy due to the doors not being up to any kind of fire code. There are your typical interior hollow core doors, The kind you typically find in a home. Turning the light that goes around the top of the room to give an indirect lighting option, also turns light on outside your room above your door indicating your in your room. Sleeping is difficult, the beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are also very gross and dirty. I was able to find the three out of the six pillows that were in my room on the two different beds that were the least yellow out of all of them. There's also just noise from the hallways but it's as if it's coming from inside your room as the door offers no soundproofing and there's also a way 3/4 inch gap at the bottom which allows a lot of light and sound into your room. I was also in two different rooms as I was moved from one to another due to the cigarette smell coming from the guest next door. Which also gave the clear indication that the furniture in the rooms looks to have been picked up off the side of the road as there's no consistency between them. The furniture looks very very well used. There's also lots of guests that are some long-term guests in the Hotel that don't care about any sort of rules or requirements and actively smoking their rooms. The free breakfast you get, it consists of one egg (poached), two strips of bacon, some home fries, a slice of toast, and coffee or tea. There was no coffee as they were completely out so I had tea. The food was pretty decent, but the home fries tasted as if they were re-deep fried a couple of times or their oil needs to be changed as it's old. You also have to go to the restaurant next door to the hotel as the Hotel is not actually connected to the restaurant.

Dirty, falling apart, dried blood on floor, wrong bed size and was made upside down leading to a highly uncomfortable sleep, pillow top was dirty and beyond stained. Blankets had no covers and were bare, shower was moulding and caulking was degraded

Overpriced accommodations, good service, rough part of town

    rating01 Apr 2025

Great service, over priced accommodations, don't eat in the Indian restaurant next door, poor breakfast. We stayed there because we could bring our dog. This is a rough part of town and the appearance of the hotel shows it. It is overpriced for what it offers. This would be a good place to stay if you were working in town on contract

You get what you pay for

    rating18 Dec 2024

Strong odour throughout the hotel and in the rooms. My 14yr old didn't feel safe walki g in the halls by herself. Older men tried to communicate with her and her hockey team mates. Would not recommend this for extracurricular teams. You definitely get what you pay for. Will not be back.
