  Nice clean quiet hotel

  It's somewhat dated however the beds are great the TV is new, the bathroom is very clean and so is the property. Some furniture is a little older (no big deal) good work space with decent Wi-Fi, plenty of parking (outdoor) as a business traveler it met all my needs and the staff were terrific. Anything you need for toiletries they are happy to assist. It's priced right and has plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance no need to go to the city if you don't need to. Keep up the good work!

  Great Stay at the Right Price

  This stay was at the right price. The hotel had a pool and a hot tub and a great selection of hot breakfast with variety to chose from. There was lots to do right near the hotel from restaurants and shops so we didn't have to travel into the city to find what we were looking for.

  Horrible experience with a team traveling. Had to sign waivers that basically said if we don't like anyone's behavior we can boot your team out. Security was ridiculous. Shut down a harmless team building activity and told kids to go to bed. There was a few bad incounters. The staff on Friday night was much better and did allow the adults to use the breakfast room which was nice. Over all just a bad experience. If you have a problem with guests you deal with them not ruin what is suppose to be an experience for a team and kids Will not be using this location again for personal or work purposes. We do appreciate group bookings and we do like to accommodate as much as we can but also adhere that the hotel does have other guests not assigned to group booking and would like all guests’ to rest well . We implement rules for all guests including group guests to so all guests enjoy their stay with us. When we do get noise complaints we do understand the hotel experience is exciting for teams especially the kids, we do give a reminder to the parents to help us in enforce those rules if any complaints are sent to us if this issue is brought up after quiet time.

  Not what it used to be.

  Have been staying at this hotel for years. It’s taken a huge downturn the last year. I’m a tradesmen that travels for work so I have a low bar for hotels to be satisfactory. A clean room is enough for me. Rooms are dated, worn and linens stained. Bedding over the hill to say the least. Trollies left in hallways so sports teams can ride them down the hall. Garbage in the stairwells for 24hr plus. Security walks up the hall yelling into his phone for hours while guys are smoking so close to the automatic doors that they are opening. Expect the same type of service you get at times Hortons now vs 10 years ago.   INCORRCT credit card charge

  The lack of customer service after the crew checked out was unreal. The hotel said said there were 4 pillows in the room, which there was NOT there was only 3. I called the hotel three times and left messages and was told someone would get back to me. Finally on the 3rd call, I spoke with the manager and explained the situation and asked her to put the charge back on the credit card. Her response was no and i said we come to town often to do work and you are willing to lose at least a week monthly stay with crews of 10 guys and she was. So obviously customer service means nothing to them. On a personal level my family travels to Saskatoon to visit family we will not be staying here as well. With missing items we always do our due diligence to check all areas where missing items can go or end up like the laundry room before we call or charge the guest for missing items as this is an uncomfortable phone call for both parties. We also give guests the opportunity to return missing items with no charge as long as they are returned to us the same day as check out. As we have 3 separate people the housekeeper who cleans the room , the supervisor who checks the room and the Executive Manager who checks the room to mark it as vacant and inspected checks are done before guest check in and also when guests check out.
