  As we drive home from a long weekend stay at this preferred hockey tournament hotel I can honestly say I have never been more disappointed in a management and front desk team. Understanding that you have a minimum of 4, if not more hockey teams in a hotel with multiple age ranges comes with a different set of skill sets and amenities needed to be able to effectively ensure that long term stay clients are taken care of while managing 60 plus youth. Unfortunately, this hotel and staffing group was unprepared and under-skilled in managing both types of guests. Not only was the approach taken by the hotel hostile and abrupt there were no solutions offered or attempts at de-escalating situations. Having no common place to rent for groups creates a challenging environment for both hockey teams and staff. In future please choose not to be a preferred tournament hotel as you are ill equipped to handle guests of this magnitude not only with the lack of facilities within your establishment but the basic skillets of customer service and de-escalation practices most managers and staff should be required to have.   New favorite hotel in Saskatoon!

  I had a very enjoyable stay. The location was close to Walmart and a good variety of restaurants. Lobby was very clean and Adam at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was fast and the room was great! Very clean and had everything one would need. The mini kitchen was perfection. So convenient. I went back down to the lobby for a snack and wasn't really into the variety of chips so wasn't sure what to try. When I finally decided on what to try Adam said they were on the house! I will definitely be back!

  Terribly managed property. No way to sleep here.

  We stayed for 4 nights in August in order to move a family member into a nearby apartment complex. We chose the location for convenience. The room itself was clean and well equipped. However the experience of staying in this hotel was about the worst of my life in hotels. This hotel chooses to allow teams to stay and does not have any staff or managers that can stay on top of what is going on in the facility. For the first 3 nights we had screaming, door slamming, hallway drunkenness, and complete disregard of all human decency. We didn't sleep. Police were called on several occasions during the weekend to manage the disruption. On the 4th night we were able to move to another floor and had a quiet space. I asked the front desk staff if I could speak to a manager on two occasions. I was told that it was the August long weekend and that no one was available. I then gave my phone number for the manager to call but no one ever called. I also asked if the baseball teams had chaperones and if those adults could be asked to take some responsibility . The front desk staff was polite but it was clear that there was absolutely no one in charge.If you enjoy staying in a hotel that is happy to book up all of its rooms to teams without any concern for the rest of the guests, then this is your place. Housekeeping staff was excellent and I give them a wonderful review.

  This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are great, it felt like we were in a much more expensive hotel than what we were paying! I will stay here every time we are in Saskatoon. Amazing staff. Great breakfast. Clean. Nice pool for the kids. Beautiful rooms. 5 stars!

  Had a very enjoyable stay. A great location with easy access off the highway and plenty of free onsite parking, near many services and eateries.Exterior of property looks a little like shipping containers, but it is a new and modern facility inside. Our room was clean and spacious with kitchen facilities that came in helpful. Plenty of outlets and a great shower, despite there not being a door. Would have liked a safe in the room and the walls are thin so keep in mind that noise travels.The daily complimentary hot breakfast buffet in the lobby was great with lots of selections, including an egg dish, sausage links/patties, ham, hashbrowns, mini waffles with strawberry topping and whipped cream and other toppings, oatmeal, yogurt, breads/pastries/cereals, fresh fruit and beverages (juices, milks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate). Breakfast ended at 10, which was a nice change from other hotels, and they had real plates and cutlery, which helped to reduce waste. Plenty of seating options were available too, and the 24 hour complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby was appreciated.There is an indoor pool and gym which was well-used by guests, and service at the front desk and at breakfast was all very good as well. Would recommend.
