    There were so many ants it was crazy. We have stayed here many times but no more. We will drive the extra few hours from now on. Eileen Hartwig, Other at Best Western Sicamous Inn, responded to this review Thank you Tasha for your comments and review. We are very sorry that your experience with this stay was not what you have come to expect. We are not sure why, but ants seem to have moved into Sicamous left right and center. It was a surprise to us as well. We have called in our pest control people to deal with them. I did see that your Best Western loyalty account was credited with extra points for this inconvenience. Hopefully, you will change your mind and come stay with us again since your many previous stays were satisfactory.

    I don’t know if I would stay here again. I was charged over $300 and had ants in my room. I told the front desk and she knew about the situation but really didn’t care.

    Very Nice Accommodation in Sicamous

    We spent the night in Sicamous on our way to/from Whistler. The primary reason for choosing this hotel was its pet friendly policy. I was able to reserve a room on somewhat short notice and we liked that the pet friendly room was ground level. The room was spacious and clean.When a hotel states they have a free breakfast, I'm assuming it's coffee and some pastries. Maybe some fruit. But we were blown away by the breakfast selection. There were many hot options, including eggs and bacon. There were various cereals and oatmeal. But the big surprise was a waffle station. No Eggo here. Pour the batter onto the waffle iron and make a fresh waffle.The staff were friendly and reacted quickly to sorting a situation when we forgot some personal items in the room and they mailed them to our home address within a couple of days.

    This hotel was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend anyone staying here if you are in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern looking. Location was easy to get to and had plenty of parking. Despite being close to the highway, it was quite and I had a great night sleep. Breakfast was included and was fantastic. Lots of options and fresh and hot food. Pool looked great but I was too tired to try it out. Highly recommend this location.

    Clean, friendly, great location and super comfortable. Housekeeping is awesome!The breakfast staff is also pleasant. I would definitely come back although a little pricey. But worth it. We had an awesome family vacation here the beach is close by and is amazing!
