Location

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the O'Leary business district and minutes from Avalon Mall, Mile One Centre, Memorial University, Signal Hill and the centre of St. John's. Cape Spear National Park and the historic centre and George Street are further attractions. St. John's International Airport is minutes away.

Facility

A pleasant ambience awaits guests in 8 junior suites, 4 suites, 7 single rooms and 60 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift.     Old hotel poor infrastructure

    This is a very old hotel with thin walls and you can hear everything. The Wi-Fi does not work and has not been resolved for months. It is clean and rooms are updated, but not soundproof. Staff were nice.

    Nothing to complain about. Check in was easy. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. All in all it was a good stay. Was in town for business and accompanied by my spouse. From perspective of wanting a room, it was a great stay. The on site restaurant was a different story.

    We were given a suite with full kitchen, all appliances, couch, king size bed. Best mattress and pillows so far in 3 weeks travel. Great location, away from the bustle of downtown but right near all kinds of shopping.

    Great location for shopping and medical appointments with easy access to streets and highways to malls and hospitals and clinics. Staff are great especially the guy on the night shift, didn’t get his name but he is always there when we show up at this hotel.
