    We had a "cleanliness" issue with the room we were assigned. The staff was great dealing with the issue and gave us an upgrade to a suite - we hadn't even asked for an upgrade! Very clean, spacious and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Good location with restaurants in the hotel.

    Great place to stay! Friendly staff and clean rooms, staying here for work, 24 hr Denny’s, Moxies restaurant on the ground level, Front desk service was impeccable, Bailey went above and beyond making sure my stay here for work was exceptional. Would highlyRecommend this place for a nice stay at an affordable price just outside St. Johns.

    I have stayed at the sandman countless times over the past year for work trips, but the service I received this recent visit was above and beyond what I was use to receiving. I ran into a few issues with work throughout my stay. I had to contact the front desk to try to figure out the best way to solve the problem. Then of course in the middle of the dust settling my phone died and I did not have a charger , after contacting the front desk, yet again, Bailey and Sadie buckled down and hunted me down a charger. They don’t have to do it, but they knew how stressed I was already. The simple little gesture made me feel like they really cared. They are the kind of people that should teach what customer service should look like, and I hope to see them again on the next journey back. I know my stay will be comfortable and they have my back if something goes wrong. Thanks bys’
