    The room was Sub uncomplimentary . The pictures on line look nice but the rooms are terrible. Not very clean, tiles in bathroom dirty. Towels are grayish in colour. When you have a shower, the tub fills with water. The pillows are little balls of nothing. They need to be thrown out. Staff didn't come in to make our bed or clean bathroom. Elevators were dirty . I would give this hotel a 1 star

    Booked this trip on a 3rd party site as I've stayed here before and it was decent for the price, last time. Arrived to a hockey team playing mini sticks in the hall. Got to the room, door was wedged open and the carpet was gross, but the room had been cleaned. Went to the front desk and the hotel is full of hockey teams with no spare rooms, so I'm s.o.l.They sent someone for the major stain on the carpet and it's not coming out unless the carpet gets changed. The staff were honestly lovely, but there's no manager on site, so they're limited in what they can do. Got the room for a really cheap price, so you get what you pay for.

    Great front desk staff who are very accommodating. Pet-friendly, great value. Attached restaurant is a bonus so you don't have to drive/leave the hotel to get something to eat.
