  We had a great stay at the Coast Hotel in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. The room was large and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We did not use the restaurant or take advantage of the breakfast, but it is available . If we see Coast Hotels in our travels we would definitely stop there again.   Spent two nights here. The room was clean and comfortable with no surprises. A bit of highway noise but not bad. The Front desk lady Ms Nixon went over and above to assist us with a booking issue until we got it resolved. She was extremely professional as she negotiated her way through the problem yet still attentive to all the other guests. Can’t thank her enough. Certainly makes a hotel stay more personal and we would definitely stay here again if we pass through Swift Current. Also There is a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel with great food and friendly staff. All in all a wonderful, restful stay. Beautiful sunset view from our room!   Terrible stay

  The rooms have a very old and smell musty smell. There is no thermostat to control the temperature but only the manual control under the window. The air conditioner/air exchange unit was so noisy that there is not possible way to sleep with that noise.This motel doesn’t not come close to the standards that we would expect with Coast hotels and feel that the brand should be pulled from this Swift Current motel.   The Coast Swift Current — Hospitality Done Right

  We arrived in Swift Current and stayed for only the first night of our five night stay at the Days Inn, where our room could have doubled as a clinical trial for new antibiotics. After quickly checking out and booking into the Coast Hotel, it felt like crossing into another world entirely.The room was spotless, comfortable, and clearly maintained by housekeepers who take real pride in their work. Breakfast was simple and tasty. It wasn’t anything that would earn a Michelin rating, but it was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared - exactly the kind of start you want to your day. Although the meal is not included in the cost of the room, it only costs $5 for a wide variety of breakfast foods made available in buffet style. I've had far worse meals for far more money.The real magic, though, was the staff. Sonu and Eva at the front desk were phenomenal. We happened to arrive at shift change, so both were there — and without us even asking, they realized my octogenarian father would do better in a more accessible room. Five minutes later, we had a better-located room, keys in hand, and my dad feeling like royalty.From the front desk to the breakfast crew, every staff member from the wonderful housekeeping crew (one of whom went out of her way to find extra coffee for us) to the breakfast staff went the extra mile in a way that felt genuine, not scripted. If you want to feel welcome, cared for, and genuinely valued as a guest, the Coast Hotel in Swift Current is where you’ll find it.   Kindness and Good Value

  This hotel is conveniently located and easily accessed from the Trans Canada hwy. At first glance it appears to be your average small hotel/motel with little to offer. However don't write this one off! We booked a pet friendly room which was in the motel section on the side not facing the highway. We were able to drive right up to our door and unload easily. There is plenty of green space right off the back parking lot for your furry friend to use. The room had 2 Queens and was very clean and updated. It met all of our needs and was very affordably priced. Due to the quietness of the area and the location of our room, we slept peacefully in very comfortable beds. I want to thank Raji (spelling?) at the front desk who was on the phone with one of her more elderly patrons when I arrived. She spent time reassuring this customer and I appreciated the level of kindness in her voice. She gave me a warm welcome as well. There is a $5 breakfast coupon you receive for each person and you get your moneys worth with scrambled eggs, crisp breakkie potatoes, cereal, yogourt, fruit as well as juice & coffee. 10 out of 10 I would stay here again when in the area.
