    A simple motel room. No major complaints really. The bed was a bit stiff, and you could hear the people walking by pretty clearly, but for the price it was fine. The lady at check-in and check-out though was super polite and courteous. Pretty decent location though, with lots of dinos within walking distance.

    Total dump!! Was filthy and when I said so the front desk man threw my husband's card at him and told him to f off . Big argument started and I just about called the police.. rude ,rude man, he was also mad as we couldn't understand what he was saying . Booking .Co. and Trivago .com should not be advertising this dump !

    Very rude manager, do Not stay here!!! The room is stated as non smoking and before entering the room it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke. My daughter is asthmatic and was coughing instantly. The manager would not budge or provide us a refund because we opened a window in the 5 minutes we were there… he was swearing at my husband and we ended up leaving as it did not feel right to stay. This place is a joke and no one should support this place!!!!!

    Do not book a room here. Woke up with several bedbug bites all over my body. When I went to the front desk she said she wasn’t able to give me a different room. When I got back to the room they called and told me to let her know if I was checking out so she could rebook the room. The room was absolutely FILTHY. Beware there are several reviews that mention bed bugs!

    Booked only a few days before leaving so there weren't many choices available. The hotel was in the perfect location, right downtown (DT is only a couple of blocks). Hotel was clean, generally well maintained, though the frames in the pictures of our room were broken. Bathroom was tiny, but had a sink outside the main washroom. AC was good and working, mini-fridge and microwave and hair dryer. No maid service though. Check-in fellow bordering in rude, but efficient. Not friendly or willing to give any advice of things to do in town. Pretty poor english.
