    I would have rated this hotel a 5 but...we chose this hotel because it had a restaurant. We were not informed that the restaurant is closed temporarily until we arrived. Also the breakfast area was closed and there was no cleaning of the rooms on Jan 1 because it was a statutory holiday. This is supposed to be a hospitality business!

    A nice change of pace for Timmins. Beautifully located, the BW Plus offers everything you need. Situated beside a Tim Horton’s, convenience & gas bar and away from all the craziness of Timmins’ downtown.     I frequently stay at this hotel and have consistently had great experiences — the service, cleanliness, and overall comfort always meet or exceed expectations. However, during my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of being greeted by Tyler at the front desk, and I felt compelled to leave a note of appreciation.Tyler was outstanding — friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth and that I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in. It’s always the small touches that make a stay memorable, and Tyler really stood out.I hope the management team recognizes the great work he’s doing. He’s a true asset to your front-of-house team, and I look forward to seeing him again on future stays!     Good Value, Comfortable, Great Location

    First time staying here and wow my wife and I were thoroughly impressed. First time I've been treated to a free hotel breakfast that has an omelet station and bacon! Bed's were comfortable and everything was super modern and clean. Has a decent size pool and fitness center too. I really like the grab and go bags they put out in the morning for people who are up early. I highly recommend this hotel and the location is nice to for being on a main thoroughfare especially with how bad the roads are in Timmins.
