    Overpriced and falling apart

    Breakfast was good but dining room furniture looked like it came from a yard sale. First Suite I checked into smelled bad and there was a lot of damage which the front desk offered to switch rooms (bring me a key and a bottle of juice with a mini bag of Doritos as a sorry for the inconvenience lol. We proceeded to the next suite which I had paid extra for and at least the room smelled better. The sofa or love seat as you can see in the pictures was very uncomfortable. The television faces the wall across the room and must be lifted and turned to face either the sofa or the bed as it only turns about 10 degrees. Threre is a giant workstation or something that looks like a workstation in the middle of the room which serves very little purpose as it's too high for the cheap office chair. The bathroom contains a toilet and shower but the sink is in the room...again I don't understand the logic. The bathroom also had shelving which was falling down and didn't really seem to concern the front desk when I mentioned it. The king sized bed was very low quality and was very uncomfortable but don't get me started on the awful dollar store pillows that I was unable to get comfortable on. This will be the last time I stay at a Hilton as I expected an over $300 dollar experience and got a $50 dollar a night experience. Please save your money and book elsewhere.

    My wife and I were on a 2500 mile motorcycle trip around the great lakes. This was stop number 3. Hampton Inn's are my normal go to places when possible because the quality is high. This hotel is no exception. We were checked in professionally. The lobby was bright. Our room was clean with comfortable beds. Everything we need when traveling by motorcycle.

    Nice hotel, clean and well maintained. Service was good, staff were pleasant. I would recommend it for a short stay It is not too far from an assortment of dining and shopping.

    This is one of the best, if not the best, hotels I have stayed in. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and personable. Everything was very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was a listening of the TV channels in the room which isn't always the case today. Additionally, there were a lot of tv channels available. And last, but not least, the breakfast was very good including fresh fruit, different juices, and traditional breakfast items.

    The service at this hotel was not great. Front desk staff not overly friendly or accommodating. My colleague forgot her toothpaste and they had none and offered no solutions. We had to drive and play for a Uride to pick up toothpaste. None of the staff were willing to go refill these items that should be available. VERY disappointing.
