    Great stay!

    We had a great stay at alt hotel. It was very conviently located, close to the airport. We did have a little trouble finding the train from terminal 1 to the alt hotel but that was more an issue of lack of signage at the airport than a fault of the hotel. We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was delicious. They offer a complimentary baggage hold, which we took advantage of and had a little day trip to downtown Toronto.

    This is our regular go to on an overnight layover in Toronto. It’s nothing fancy ( European style) but the bed is comfortable and there is no shuttle to catch. We had a later connection and asked for a late check out, which was no issue. Highly recommend them !

    We stayed at the Alt Hotel at the Toronto Airport before and after our airline travel in March/2026. The hotel is perfectly situated for an overnight stay of this nature. We booked the "room and parking" package, with the parking directly across the street. The room is compact but exactly what we needed for this short stay. It was very clean and updated with a comfortable queen bed and a Nespresso machine for morning coffee. Unfortunately there was no safe in the room but we felt completely comfortable without it. I would also like to see 2 bottles of water in the room for coffee - it might just be me but I'm not a fan of getting morning coffee water from the bathroom sink, albeit exactly the same as from a kitchen I'm sure! The restaurant downstairs has the best pizza ever! And it's okay to bring it to your room, which we did the first night but after returning, decided to eat in the restaurant as there is no really good place to eat it in the room.The "Terminal Link" train is a 2 minute (outside walk) from the hotel. We didn't even bother bundling up on our way as it was so close. The tram runs 24/7 every 4-8 minutes and is free. Fantastic!Overall, we would definitely stay here again as opposed to the other airport hotel where we had to trek back and forth from Park 'n Fly. If the information is correct - I read that this is a family-owned company based out of Quebec - how very refreshing!

    The room was good, the pizza restaurant was fine, and the bed ( a queen size) was comfortable....(nicer if it had been a king!!)The only issue I had was the complexity of trying to watch the TV!The remote is set up for complex operations (casting devices to the TV ) and you'd think an instruction manual would be available.....but by the time you understood how it would be bed time.Sometimes less is more.

    We stayed at Alt Hotel Toronto Airport the night before our flight and opted for the Hotel + One Week Covered Parking package.Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. After checking in, we drove our car across the street to the covered parking garage, returned to the front desk, and they quickly validated our parking with no issues at all.The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very well maintained. One of the biggest conveniences is how accessible it is to the LINK train (monorail), which makes getting to the airport quick and stress-free.Overall, a very easy and convenient pre-flight stay — we would definitely use this option again when flying out of Pearson.
