Noisy, Bright, and Uncomfortable Stay

I stayed for 2 nights and could not sleep well. The hotel has almost no sound insulation — I could clearly hear guests walking in the hallway and opening their doors. The curtains did not block the light, and the parking lot lighting was very bright, shining into the room. I understand this may be for security, but it made resting difficult. On top of that, the bed sheet had a stain and the bathroom showed rust. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and below expectations for BW.

Based on reviews decided to use this hotel for a vacation to attend my wife's cousin wedding.I usually go with the Hilton group but this hotel's location was near to family.Let me say it fully met all requirements...clean and comfortable...high level service from all Departments...all facilities in good order.The breakfast was better than expected with a good range and a variety of coffee available.It could get busy but people come and go so seating is generally available and food items are routinely topped up.They have a good thing going and I will recommend and stay again.Thank you Best Western Plus!!

Smelly and unclean. Mold in bathrooms. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast is very limited. Location is limited - nothing around. Unless you need any place for a night - try to avoid.

Conveniently located close restaurants, shops and easy access from the 401.Clean rooms with friendly staff.The pool was clean however there is no change room or toilet in the pool area.I would definitely stay here again
