    Yellow/brown water, sewage smell, mucus on walls

    Older hotel that’s been let go. Water is yellow/brown and smells like waste water. Lots of debris in water maybe from industry in the area and/or farms. Didn’t get a photo of the floes before killing them but did have time to capture what appeared to be mucus on the walls before leaving.     Room was nice, comfy, clean and spacious. Looking closely there's signs of age and needs some repair (wallpaper sections that had previously been replaced and needed repair again) but overall, felt modern and good condition. Room came with kitchenette which was helpful (mini fridge, sink, counter, coffee machine, tea cups, plates, cutlery, and cabinets to store). Living room area was comfy and spacious. TV is weirdly between the beds and seating area but its on a swivel table so its actually great to use comfortably in both rooms.Bed was comfy and clean with lots of pillows. Two complaints: the pool (while warm) had slightly murky water and the women's change room did NOT have a baby change table. Second, the ceiling had a fire detector or something that had a REALLY bright flashing light. Laying on your back with your eyes closed, you can see it in the dark. Its quite disturbing to try to sleep for the bed closest.Overall, a good experience. Staff were helpful and friendly and we were comfortable!

    Mold, dust and flies.

    Tired old hotel with lots of dust in the A/C and mold in bathroom. Dirty brown water coming out of sink and bath tap. Flies in the room and in the breakfast area. Please accept our deepest apologies. We were experiencing problems with our water supply due to testing of our softener system. This issue was attended to immediately and required a flush of the water system. We are taking the steps to prevent this situation from occurring again in the future. We appreciate your patronage and hope you will stay with us again the next time you are in the area. I can assure you we will do everything we can to make your stay a comfortable and happy one.

    Great Spot for a Youth Sports Team booking!

    Fantastic hotel for a sports team. We were a 12yr old baseball team with 14 families, and the hotel could not have been a better spot! They let us use the conference room for our group one of the nights that it was required, and were very good with the kids.

    A very clean and comfortable room. Beds and pillows very comfortable. An excellent choice of hot and cold foods for breakfast. A little more on the expensive side. But their breakfast buffet was far superior to that of their competitors. It was also more like a resort. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try out the pool and gym,
