    I stayed here one night on a trip back from Europe. The room was spacious. It was quiet. My room had a good view of downtown and Mississauga. Breakfast was big and coffee was nice and hot. 15$ was a good price for breakfast. The only downside for me was the doors slammed shut so I had to be careful because it was pretty loud.

    Was told the shuttle would be there until 5:25 pm. Came out at 5:17 pm to see it driving away. Called the hotel and was advised the driver would circle around pick us up. No circle around, no driver. Poor service. Avoid this hotel if you can

    Excellent stay once again, we just needed a good place to stay prior to our trip to Mexico and love this place, we were upgraded to a suite due to being best western members which is always a nice perk. Rooms clean, quiet area, good food and service in the restaurant. We could not figure out how to use the jacuzzi tub but hopefully can manage it next time

    Horrible experience Room was nice Should have known better but went down for a quick breakfast and when we got back our money was gone. Management was hesitant to further investigate.     Horrible experience. Do NOT stay here. My sink started gurgling up black liquid & I found a BED BUG. Hotel manager Karen was absolutely horrible would not issue me a refund for my stay OR my future stay I had booked at a later date. Extremely unprofessional as I was staying for Buisness. Karen Front Office Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel, responded to this review Our team addressed the plumbing concern during your first stay and extended a complimentary upgrade for your upcoming reservation.After checkout, we received a video from your partner regarding possible bed bugs. The video did not show any décor, carpet, or surfaces consistent with our guest rooms or shuttle; however, out of an abundance of caution, we still conducted a full inspection of both the room you occupied and the shuttle you used. No evidence of bed bugs was found in either location. As is standard, we do not issue refunds while the investigation is underway.When you arrived for your second stay, you chose to proceed with your stay despite expressing serious concerns about the property and proceed with your reservation, and we honored it as booked. Due to the unresolved nature of the claim and the possibility that the insects may have originated from personal belongings, we were unable to proceed with the complimentary upgrade previously offered.We remain committed to providing a clean, safe environment for all guests and take every concern seriously.
