  A last minute booking which the price inflated by the day to almost double with taxes once you've check in. An unusual request for deposit was requested after initial booking? The breakfast is limited pre cooked and self service till 9am. The area has no amenities in walking distance. Lastly the road works immediately outside has been continuous for over 3;years!!   This hotel is a paradox. Whilst the staff are fairly helpful, the facilities were not as described. True, they do have a breakfast of sorts, however, it’s cornflakes or pre prepared stuff in a heater. Nothing fresh here. We had to constantly remind the staff to reload our coffee in the room. The hotel states that it is quiet, one of the main reasons we stayed here. Well it is not quiet, in fact it’s right on the flight path to Pearson International airport. If your idea of sleep and rest is the constant sound of aircraft flying overhead then you’re welcome to it. The exercise room was out of action, all unplugged and in desperate need of renewal. This room was disgusting and clearly unused for quite a while. In the plus side, their laundry facility (self serve) was excellent. Clean, tidy and very cheap. $7.50 for a full load wash and dry with soap. The staff looked smart at all times and were very friendly. They did however not always understand the simple nuances of hotel service. Finally, whilst we were there, the hotel was undertaking some renovations which we were not notified of prior to arrival.

  Absolutely terrible rude owner. I book hotels for business all the time and have never heard of a demand for $200 cash deposit. My employee didn’t have a credit card in her and I could not do a pre authorization for incidentals or send $200 cash. They literally just kicked a young girl out with no car and nowhere to stay. Something shady here. We left called Expedia got our money back and went to the Radisson on Derry and had great service.

  Husband and i spent 2 nights here. Highly recommend . Price was right and very clean and seems to be well run. Staff at front dest friendly and helpful as well as cleaning girl for our room. Very impressed with everything in this Comfort Inn. Continental breakfast adequate for quick and fast. This entire place is clean and neat throughout . I would stay here again. Location was perfect for our needs and easy access on and off the 401, 407 etc. We stayed in the suite with King bed and jaccuzzi ...there was ample space to move around. Also had a couch and desk work station. Very good pricing for what we got.FayeSudbury Ontario
