    Blood stained sheets. Terrible service from management staff at the hotel

    My son’s sheets had dry blood stains and black hair. The hotel housekeeping came up right away to change the sheets and were apologetic. I requested a call from management and the front desk worker advised that he would call me on Monday as there was no manager on site. Days later with no call I called and he pretty much called me a liar as he said there was no evidence of my complaint. After many hours on the phone with Marriott Bonvoy my case was closed. Terrible customer service from management and Marriott Bonvoy

    There were just a couple of things I wanted to mention, which could have been only issues in my room. The shower head was terrible and water went in every direction. I also think the faucets and showerhead could use a good cleaning as they were pretty dirty. I did have to request extra towels 3 times for them to finally be delivered to my room. You will hear planes overhead which didn't bother me but could bother some. The front desk did tell me that there was a high number of vehicle break ins in the area, however we didn't have any issues. Overall the hotel was fine for a 2 night stay.

    The room was good except no safe. The ironing board was a table top one but was broken so couldn’t use. TV didn’t work. Bar was ok. Regular planes over head bit I guess this is the same for all hotels around here but we’re quite loud. Breakfast not the best selection.

    Serious bugs issue

    I’m quite disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I booked a king-size bedroom with a sofa bed for two nights using points but was given a double queen room in terrible condition. The room was dirty, had a strong moldy smell due to a leaking AC that soaked the carpet, and there were bugs in the room.I reported the issues with the AC and odor to the front desk, and while they sent someone to address it, the problem remained unresolved. Frustrated, I upgraded and paid for four nights in an executive suite. While the suite was significantly better, cleaner, and free of the moldy smell, I still noticed bugs, mainly flies. Additionally, the AC units in the suite were extremely loud, forcing me to turn them off just to sleep, even though the outside temperature was -11°C.When I requested an extra blanket for the sofa bed, I received a torn and heavily worn blanket.On the positive side, the hotel has a convenient location for accessing Mississauga and nearby areas. It also offers good amenities, including a large outdoor parking lot, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, and a spacious lobby with a small bistro that serves a limited menu of meals. The meeting rooms also seem suitable for hosting business events.Despite these advantages, the poor room conditions, cleanliness issues, and maintenance problems make me hesitant to return. I will likely explore other hotel options in the area for my next visit.     Great experience, nice clean rooms, open the door, walk in and everything was perfect. Got a good nights sleep like I always do at a Marriott. I must say, the elevators were very fast, not just going up and down, but also the doors closing right away and opening quick as well.
