If you like Cockroaches, this is the place for you

What a dump, this room was booked by my customer. The parking lot gave me the impression that my truck would be gone when I came out, the room was tiny, the cockroaches lived in the bathroom and the breakfast was a bagged lunch. Totally low class place. Steer clear

Pictures are nothing like what the place is posted as online. It’s filthy and outdated. Not close to the airport at all. A $60 cab ride. $30 to check in early. The location is in the ghetto. Will never return.

I WOULD STAY AT A LANDFILL ON TOP OF A GARBAGE HEAP BEFORE I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN....

How they are able to keep the doors open is beyond me, and this establishment is nothing short of a disgrace to the hotel industry in Ontario. Besides the room I was given smelling like a marijuana plantation, the attempt to remedy it was by using air freshener. I was supposed to stay in a room for the night with my 3 children who would ask, "Daddy, what is that smell?" It is reprehensible that they would suggest that air freshener would resolve the problem. I tried turning on the heat in the room, but it worked about as well as the dribble that they called a shower. The fan on the heat exchanger/air conditioner unit had one speed it seemed: a slow whine that sounded like an asphyxiating animal. There was a 1" gap missing in the carpet in the room; the carpet also contained numerous stains--God only knows the origin of what these stains were. There were also skeletal remains of some creepy crawlies all over the counter near the coffee maker. Long story short: DO NOT BELIEVE ANY PICTURE POSTED BY THE HOTEL ON THIS WEBSITE. THERE IS NO FUNCTIONING POOL, NO BREAKFAST BUFFET, NO REASON TO STAY HERE. Spend your hard earned dollars somewhere where you will not fear for your life or have to guess the origin of odours and stains you will encounter in your room. All of this being said, the front staff was quick to process a refund--from some of the other reviews I have read--I truly hope the refund comes back in 3-5 business days.

This place was terrible from start to finish. If you love a brown bag breakfast then this is the place for you. First walk into my room I was over powered by the smell of weed and cigarettes. Not cool considering I had my children with me .False Room description for 1 extra sofa bed leaving me and my 2 children to all sleep in the same bed . Please don't stay here for you will be horrified.

This is a terrible hotel, the bedroom had a bad scent, the shower room needed to be cleaned, some of the towels were dirt, the pillows were dirty and stained.The complementary breakfast was served in a brown paper bag and the cheese burger was cold. this is not a tradition hotel, they house refugees and they therefore do not care about customers or customer service.
