Amazing service!!! Next level!

Our stay at this hotel was excellent, with a clean, large room with comfortable bed. But, our stay was next level when....we checked out in a rush to take the shuttle to catch our flight at Pearsom Airport. After going through security, I realized I forgot my phone in our room! With our other phone, we called the hotel and within 9 minutes of our call, the hotel staff retrieved the phone, sent it with the shuttle driver and we received it at the airport. Thank you to the staff who made that happen in such a fast way.

Warning, construction happening that they don’t tell you about. We checked in pretty late after a full day of traveling, settled in around 3am and was woken up by hammering and sawing between 730 and 8am. No one notified us, when I escalated to complain, they say it’s on their website….. no it’s not. The. Tell me it was posted everywhere to see. Don’t recall one sign. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for one night and really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfy, and the room was spacious and clean.I arrived late, around 2AM and the front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good—nothing extraordinary, but definitely decent. The shuttle service was a nice bonus, as was the hotel’s close proximity to the airport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Overall, a good experience
