Location

This hotel is located to the west of Toronto, near the Niagara Falls. It is about a 20-minute drive to the city centre of Mississauga, where guests will find a range of shops, including the Square One shopping centre. The nearest bus station is only about 2 min from the hotel, with trains some 20 min away. Toronto and its tourist centre can be reached by car in around 30 min.

Facility

The resort has 374 rooms, which are located on 15 storeys and are reachable by 6 lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Rooms

Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. With tennis available, active guests can exercise to their heart's content. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards and squash. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including 2 restaurants, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and picnics are available. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    My family I had a phenomenal experience. It started from meeting Miah at the front desk who welcomed us with such grace and attentiveness. Followed by Jacob the Lifeguard who was very attentive and alert to all the activity taking place on the waterside and the pool. Every staff member that I interacted with directly or indirectly were pleasant and always had a smile on their face. You have an amazing team!! I will be back for another stay this summer. Thank you.
