    Check in, room amenities, comfort, cleanliness..... all good. Breakfast is good with a good selection....even eggs, bacon and pancakes. My only issue was internet, the instructions given by the desk made no sense. I brought my tablet to the front desk and they finally connected me, after a few different attempts with nothing close to the printed instructions. Not a big deal, just an inconvenience......would stay again, price is reasonable. Tim's is close by and easy access to the 401.

    I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Milton! Loved the soft, cozy pillows and the super-comfortable bed plus the Free breakfast. Check-in was quick and easy, and I received a warm welcome as soon as I arrived. All the staff were amazing.. special thanks to, Juan, Yusra and Luqman for their outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

    The hotel lobby has a relaxed, and homey design. My stay included a delightful breakfast but I find the disposable utensils a bit too soft, making them somewhat challenging to use effectively.The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and well kept.The hotel offers an array of amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a self-serve laundry area, and parking.Outstanding staffs, Sajida and JM at the front desk excellent service was a hallmark of the hotel. They upheld the high standards associated with the Holiday Inn brand, making my visit truly memorable.

    Terrible customer service

    I was not refunded or given any credit for the unused nights from my trip. Nobody seemed to be bothered to offer any sort of compensation for the unused nights when I had to check out early due to a death in my family. Terrible customer service, I would never recommend anyone to stay with Holiday Inn and especially this property. I was told that because it is prepaid through third party so property management is not willing to give any refund. There is no compassionate customer service. Such s terrible experience. The AC vents in the room were also broken and the room rental was not cheap either.

    Quiet hotel near 401 milton

    Spent the night here visiting for Easter . Hotel looks new and fresh room was clean comfortable bed room was nice and clean . Fridge microwave. Lobby nice as well didn’t use the pool . Breakfast wasn’t that great .. quiet area close to 401 5 minutes drive to downtown Milton .. notMuch around the hotel but within a short drive there were dining options.Nice hotel
