    Salima in the restaurant is exceptionally good in attending to the needs of guests. She was always ready to ensure that I enjoyed my meal. I score her excellent.

    Sewage small from bathroom

    We spent 2 nights here. Out bathroom had a light, sewage smell that the staff could not detect. They offered another room but with the bathroom door closed it was tolerable so we did not change rooms. They did give us 20% off one night and a free breakfast for the second. Food at the restaurant was not that good.

    Bleached smelling room and unauthorized charged

    I stayed in this hotel for more than a week for a business in Toronto area. It was a good price during my search for a place to stay. When I finally went to the hotel, it was decent in the lobby area. But upon entering the room, I could smell a bleached smelling room. The furnitures are a bit rundown, cabinet doors are not closing properly. The in-room ref. would have water drips, the curtain has some stains and does not move smoothly on its tracks. The ceiling has some marks of black molds and sign of wet drips. The upholstered chair has some ironed marks and looks uncleaned. The room size is decent, the bed is good for a night's rest. The room is decently cleaned, washroom has the towels changed in a few days if you use them. They never changed my bed sheet even after being there for more than 6 days.I had my card swiped in the beginning of my stay as a security deposit. They said that it will be released after checkout. However, after close to 3 weeks my credit card was charged with $9 and now I am no longer in that area to dispute this and question what this extra charge was? During my stay, most of the people on the front desk are just busy if there are customers checking in and would then disappear to the back room if there are no check in clients. They never really made effort to interact with clients or customer service to address any needs of the customers.

    Excellent hotel stayed there from 26th August to 3rd September. Good location convenient but not too busy. Hotel very clean with good amenities and friendly professional staff especially Mr Ali the manager. Thank you for a pleasant stay

    Bar had no beer and closed at 9pm,restaurant didn't have all the things listed on the menu.Room had no towels, messed up my payment.
